  Expensive for Pets

  This hotel has nice accommodations, but charges $50 per night for a pet. Most other hotels charge a one time charge for the stay. Only booked it because it was the only pet friendly hotel in the area.

  One night stay

  We had a regular room...not a suite...at this hotel. The room was comfortable and clean. A continental breakfast is offered with limited choices...a packaged muffin, fruit, coffee, instant oatmeal, yogurt. There are snacks for purchase though I did not go into that area. The hotel is not on the highway so the outside noise was not a concern. There are several restaurants nearby which you could walk to though there are no sidewalks. A Walmart is just across the road for your shopping needs.

  Nice place to spend the night

  Pillows were sooooo comfy. Front desk check in was smooth and professional. Our room was on the 2nd floor and we prefer to be on the top floor. Our upstairs neighbors were "bowling" most of the night. The HVAC unit could use some attention. While it worked well, it sounded like a dishwasher all night.

  Clean nice hotel

  Clean nice hotel in Ellijay. This hotel is not cheap, but it is new and clean. Rates appear high for Ellijay? Limited breakfast due to COVID-19. Sheets feel like they need fabric softener. Noises can be heard through wall. Can walk to Walmart and a few restaurants. It is nice basic hotel, but you can probably get a cabin for about same price.

  Overall, great hotel

  This was our second stay this fall and we enjoyed it. We were on the second floor this time rather than the third, but I cant complain because I booked it the night before the stay. Consequently there was a little more noise noticed this time than last from neighbors. It is right beside a Walmart and numerous restaurants such as but not limited to Longhorn, Moes Southwest, IHOP, Krystal, Taco Bell, Starbucks, Ruby Tuesday, Zaxbys, Chick-fil-a, CVS, and they were building a Wings place and an Urgent Care clinic right next to Moes. There are several other food options as well as a car wash just passed the hotel in front of Walmart and a movie theatre right behind the hotel. While the interior was a little nosier, you never hear Road traffic. We have stayed just up the street in the past and much prefer this place to the one up on the hill. Its just easier and there is no back and forth for food. And it has easier highway access to 515 with the traffic light. We will definitely be back.
