  We were fine once we got out of the room where someone had smoked.....

  We were excited to be able to occupy a hotel that had so recently opened; this was the last night before our trip ended. We had requested a first floor room;were assigned one, and started bringing our luggage in. When we went into the bathroom, the cigarette smoke smell hit us so hard we could not stand it. We went back out to the desk and talked with the clerk to find out about moving to another room. At first she said they did not have any more first floor rooms, and we were resigning ourselves to having to use the elevator to take our luggage to one of the upper floors. She kept looking in the computer, and then said that she had a handicapped first floor room available. Since the only real difference is a walk in shower, we readily said yes, and we were happy to stay on the first floor. It was not the hotel's fault that someone smoked in the room, unless it was one of the employees. Most of the time, the smoke detector picks up the smoke, so we wondered what happened with that. We saw that there had been cookies out for the guests that evening, (on a Thursday) but the plate was empty. The breakfast was ok. It looked like the hotel had been put up in a hurry and the final inspection had not noticed certain items missing, like a tile on the wall near the ceiling in the walk in shower; either that or it fell off early on. Overall, it was pretty nice.

  This is one of the most Amazing hotels I have ever had the pleasure of staying in The staff is Absolutely Amazing The Management is one of a kind They make you feel right at home! Lovely People

  Thurs night stay at check in was told $127 a night, Trip Advisor showed $94. Was given the Trip Advisor price. With tax $105 for a king bed. Room is basic, bed was comfortable, pool and gym area are small. Breakfast was average.

  Clean and comfortable!

  Stayed three nights in December 2019 and enjoyed the visit. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful! Breakfast was great and plenty of variety was available so you didnt feel you were eating the same thing several days in a row. All in all a great experience andI would certainly recommend the place!

  False advertisement

  We made a two night reservation upon arrival the staff was very helpful. When asked to redeem points for the room we had to go online, we went online not the boy is it confusing but frustrating. I ended up calling their customer support talking to the lady she also said to go online and have the points taken off. After explaining that you can not do that the frustration became more prominent. Having to be some where we left and that night came back and looked online and to use points and cash the room would be $75.00. Trying to get it done on the website it keep saying unable to do this call customer service I did and after being on the phone for a hour and finally getting somebody that knew what was going on they wanted to charge me $99.00 plus points. Stay away from comfort inn and suites false advertisement dont stay here.
