  La habitación olía a humedad, La primer noche no hicieron la limpieza de la habitación, no dejaron el número de toallas correcto, no dejaron shampoo, en general solo es por el servicio de limpieza de la habitación

  IT'S OKAY

  The front desk told us that we could check in at noon. Anyway, I think that's what he said because his English was not good, at all! It really didn't matter because we were not all allowed to check in at noon. When we returned the next day in the late afternoon, our room had not been cleaned. I called the FD and evidently, he tracked down the housekeeper and she came and made the beds and took the dirty towels. She did not leave any coffee for the next day or replenish some toilitries that we had used. I tracked her down and got them off her cart. It's an okay place to stay for a night or two.

  Worked for our needs

  We were visiting family and found this hotel convenient. Staff was friendly at check-in and check-out. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Lighting was good and hot water available on demand. Breakfast was the normal buffet items. We found the location very good and it was quiet.

  One of the best hotels Amazing staff , unusually stay within hyatt if that says anything but this property is closer to work, I'm particular about where I stay , so I highly recommend this property a lot

  I Wont Be Back....

  The maintenance staff are amazing and friendly. The front desk person was rude and had a smart comment. The first room I was given the bathroom smelled like urine. I went back downstairs and asked her for another room. She seemed frustrated but assigned me another room. Didnt tell me where the room was located until I got ready to get on the elevator. I arrived at the second room. It was small, smelly carpet and the room was right by three chairs in which if someone sat there they could look in the room. I was very uncomfortable with the room. I then went to the front desk again, apologized and asked if she had another room available. She huffed and with a frustrating tone said what is wrong with this room I told her I wasnt comfortable with it and wanted just to get some rest. She then asked have you used the room. I asked her for clarification on her question and at that point she nastily stated I need to know if youve used the room so I can have it cleaned. I replied Yes, I washed my hands. I then stated to her you dont have to be nasty. I dont have a nasty tone with you. She then replied I will give you this last room but if you dont like this one I will give you a refund and you can go to another hotel. The third room was much better than the first two I thanked her and informed her the room was great because I didnt have to be as discourteous in my behavior as she has been to me. Its not only what you say but how you say it. If it werent for the fact that someone else had funded this I would have asked for a refund at that point and walked out. Never in all of my years of staying in hotels have I experienced such rudeness. I will NOT be returning to this hotel.
