  Instalaciones un poco anticuadas

  El hotel está muy bien aunque las instalaciones en las habitaciones están un poco anticuadas, el baño necesita reforma urgente. Salvo esto, personal muy amable, limpio y con cocina y bañera enorme de hideomasaje en la habitación.

  Worst Sleep ever

  Firstly the young lady on check in and check out was wonderful, very cheerful and helpful. The rooms are large and although dated, was very clean. The spa outside was lovely and relaxing. But for $160 a night you want a bit more than that! The wifi was shocking, we gave up in the end. the beds were so soft, we both left with sore backs, but the worst thing was the constant dripping from the room above us spouting onto the clear-light roof outside our bedroom window, it was like a water torture. No sound proofing, so you could hear all noise from the room above. We regularly visit Rotorua and have had a few bad ones, but this would be the worst sleep or no sleep we have had.

  Very bad service

  I checked in today and was having issues with Wifi in phone. Which I explain to the reception she came and fixed it outside of the room, Then when I went inside I didn't look for net bcoz I want to rest and shower. But then I went to do some work on laptop after having shower at 6.30 pm. I realise that I am not able to get internet in the room. I have to go outside and do my work. I address this issue to one of the outside work hour lady. She told me she is happy to swap the room on a $50 charge. My question is why should I pay for your terrible wifi service. As I don't care you have to clean the two rooms or not that's not my problem. My problem is the terrible wifi and people have work and business to deal with. when I told the lady that I want to check out she was like please leave the key at the door or on the reception after hour key counter. Like for real how can you do that. Thats not customer service. Never will be back again. Thanks

  Great service and VERY helpful

  Very helpful, friendly staff. I had made a huge mistake in booking online but discovered that I had used the wrong date. Could have been a very costly mistake. Staff assisted out of hours and put our minds at ease. Helped us re-book etc On arrival we felt welcome and received great service. Room was spacious. Spa great to enjoy. Rooms are a little dated, but very clean. Good kitchen supplies. A very positive experience staying here. Great value too. Thank you!

  Booked but No booking

  Booked the Coachman through Trivago, followed up with a phone call to confirm booking. Arrived tonight to find they didn't have a booking for us. There was a more expensive room which they wouldn't give us for the same price.
