  Short Work Stay

  Older place and set up starting to show its age.But large rooms that are clean and tidy with with the standard amenities. Good parking and super centrally located. Very freindly and helpful host and staff. Comfortable beds and good size bathrooms with good water pressure.

  Great place to stay

  We have stayed here before and decided to go back when back in Ballarat. We spent 2 nights here and enjoyed the stay in room 4. The only issue was that the wifi in that room is non existent and we needed to use our devices outside. The hosts even tried to use a extender but this too failed. The rooms are comfortable and large. Air conditioning is great. The motel does not serve meals but there are some nice places to eat close by and the main arcade of shops is a block away from the motel. We found a nice Chinese restaurant close by where we enjoyed tasty food. We would recommend this motel as it is very clean and well maintained. My only gripe is the wifi. We will c9me back but hope they put us in another room or fix the wifi issue for that room.

  Comfortable and Clean

  This motel was both comfortable and clean. There was little of no noise in our experience and our two night stay was pleasant. The fact that the motel was so central was ideal, close to many restaurants and eateries'. The motel generally was a bit dated but the cleanliness was an important factor. We would have no hesitation with booking here again

  Great for short stays

  The place is a bit dated - BUT its everything you need for a short stay - immaculate clean large room with a table and chairs to eat dinner, balcony, comfy bed and a lovely hot shower. And to top it off the hosts are super friendly Only downside (and its minor) but when showering in the spa water splashes onto the bathroom floor Will definitely stay again

  Very comfortable

  A nice comfortable place to stay in a convenient location. Walking distance to local shops and restaurants. Rooms are neat and a good size. Bathroom is upgraded and large. Our room had a microwave which was handy. Would recommend.
