  REALLY liked this place.

  Were in this area on our way to Mackinaw. Room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. I will pick on them for their lack of popular tv channels. No A & E, no ID. They should have at least one of them. Aside from that .....A-1

  Great for an overnight stay!

  We stopped for an overnight and were pleased with the services and location of this Comfort Inn. It was within walking distance to a number of restaurants and was very handy to the highway. Free wifi and roomy room and bathrooms were also great and breakfast provided enough options. Worth considering as an economical option when travelling through the area.

  Overall decent place. Older hotel.

  Overall good. The breakfast was very good and so was the man running it - attentive and friendly. Some of the breakfast chairs looked old and needed replacing. The shower was tight. They had a grab bar right where you stand and I am an average sized person. my shoulders touched both the bar and curtain at the same time. Also while eating breakfast and relaxing in the entry seating area, I kept hearing the workers talking loudly and it was not necessary. Some individuals have a tendancy to talk loud to make them seem more important or smarter and this seemed to be the scenario. Kind of annoying as a paying customer. The weekday price of $90 seems kind of high for this facility in my opinion. One other comment, I find it strange that they want about $5 more for a room with one king vs 2 full beds. We took the 2 full beds and they had to wash two sets of sheets and make 2 beds.

  Clean comfort

  This was a last minute stay and the room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was quite pleasant and we had no issues during our stay. The bed was average for sleep quality and the price was reasonable

  I would honestly give this zero stars if given the option. The whole place smelt like weed when you walked into the lobby, and the smell was everywhere. As if that wasn't bad enough, upon entering the room, it smelt so bad of a b.o./mildew and there were crumbs of some kind in the bed. We switched rooms and the second room was no better. Thank goodness the window opened so we could get some fresh air to sleep. The room also had 2 double beds, not queen. The staff were friendly enough, but had we not driven 16 hours to get here, we would have found another motel.
