  Very clean-A little "tired" on the exterior. GREAT staff!

  I booked this hotel because I needed a last minute dog-friendly place. This hotel was reasonable and close to my activities. Pulling in, it was a little frightening. The exterior looked tired and worn. Immediately upon entering, everything changed. The front desk people were so warm and friendly. They greeted me, gave helpful information and made me feel welcome. The rooms were large and comfortable. The walls were a little thin, so you can hear your neighbors once in a while. The free breakfast was standard fare and plenty of seating was available. If you're heading to the Green Dragon (Fridays only), it's right down the road. Would definitely stay again if I'm in the area

  Very nice hotel with very helpful and friendly staff

  We had a family trip to see snow geese migration last weekend and booked this hotel at last minute. The hotel staff was friendly at check-in and once she found out that we were there to see geese migration, immediately offers some helpful hints for our trip. Next morning they opened the hotel breakfast before the scheduled 6:30am so that we can grab some breakfast before we headed out to see sunrises and geese migration. Hotel was very clean as well and I will definitely recommend to other friends visiting the area.

  Much better than Anticipated

  I stayed at this Comfort Inn in Denver, PA on June 12th and we had a very nice stay all around. The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was very very clean and so was the entire hotel. Each of the folks we met were totally focused on making sure everything was up to par. Very nice experience. I want to send a should out to the Sales Director Rachelle Haymaker, who was extremely helpful to us . We had booked the conference room and had alot to do to get the room ready. She was great and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. I cannot express how welcome her positive attitude was, we had an important meeting and it went off very well. I highly recommend the space for meetings. We have another meeting to schedule in Aug and i am going to make sure to book here.

  Love this Hotel!!

  I stayed here while working in the area. I love it and will return! The staff is great, the hotel is extremely clean, they have a full breakfast with eggs & meat not just bags to go like most hotels. THEIR SWIMMING POOL IS OPEN!! And so is their fitness room! They have a grilling area in back and a seating area in front to just sit and relax. You do have to wear masks in the hotel because it's mandated by the state, but this is the most enjoyable hotel I've stayed at since all this COVID stuff started. Unfortunately I forgot to take pictures but will be going back next week and will add some. Also lots of good restaurants in the area.

  The place we always stay!

  I have been going to the Adamstown Denver area for antiquing for very many years. The comfort inn is the place I stay. The room, as with all comfort inns, was clean, the linens were spotless, the furniture was very nice, as well as the rugs. It had a really nice size refrigerator and a microwave. It appeared that the vinyl on the walls had not yet been replaced because the screw holes in the vinyl were still there from previous large pictures. Not a big deal. The only uncomfortable part of our stay in that room was the bathroom. The door would not close all the Way and only had a handle on the outside. Luckily you could pull it with the hook on the inside of the door. It did make a loud noise so we actually never closed the door all the way. The sink Was in a very small vanity with almost no room on either side to put our necessary items. Also there was only one towel rack over by the shower otherwise the towels and wash cloths had to be hung on the handicap bar along side of the toilet. The toilet itself was in good shape but the fact that there was no lid was troubling, especially in these Covid days. As always breakfast was included and there was a nice selection & they were adhering to COVID-19 regulations. We will return! The fact that it is right off the turnpike and on the main road is definitely a big plus.
