  Comfortable and Clean

  I guess this is our second time staying here and the beds are very comfortable. The place is managed well. With the COVID it is good to see that they are getting good business. I would definitely stay here again.

  Called to book a nights stay,directly at the hotel,for a night.I asked if the had security receptionist said we only hav

  I was informed that she always came straight in and straight to her car when leaving, no she wouldn't walk around the property ,as nobody watched the live camera feeds. Duh, not inviting guest here. I found another place almost beside this Comfort, and it was safe and they stated that proudly. I think the owner of this probably needs to train how not to run of customers

  I would not recommend staying here at all

  We were checked in having prepaid for a night at this hotel. We stay at Comfort Inns fairly regularly and had just spent two nights in a Comfort Inn in St. Louis, MO. When we arrived to our floor there were trash cans littering the floor to collect water but more disconcerting was the mold in the vents in the hallway (see pictures). The room was musty smelling. Had we been assured we could have not been charged $100 for the nights stay, we would have found a different hotel.

  Basic Accommodations

  Stayed at the Comfort Inn in Festus, MO through the Holiday Inn 800 number. Was told that there would be a hot breakfast like at the Holiday Inn Express in Festus. There was no hot breakfast. I was given two prepackaged honey buns. The front desk person stated that the manager elected not to do a hot breakfast due to COVID-19. The room accommodations were very basic and needed remodeling. The beds slept great. Good hot water. Maid service upon request. It was quiet.

  Ridiculous charge of $50 for 'possible damage that may occur.'

  No napkins or stirs for a 'breakfast' of a crappy muffin and coffee. Missouri is a red state and open almost evh were but NOT HERE! Floor of elevator was filthy even though it wasn't raining. I will NEVER return to this hotel. Lodgers, beware!
