  Very nice stay!

  I was only here 1 night for a business trip. Check in was quick and easy. Hotel was very clean all the way from check in to the rooms. My room had a fridge and microwave which is nice to have. Decently quiet, but can tell the walls are a bit thin.

  Rebuilt and a Great Stay

  The hotel is newly rebuilt and everything is perfect. The check in was easy, the room looks very fresh. The bathroom is very clean and the bed is very comfortable. Well done. The breakfast was standard hotel fare and was good. Well done. A great stay.

  Good remodel

  Our suite was remodeled and was very nice. My only colplaints were no night light in bathroom and a sofabed that swallowed you up when you sat on it!! It was hard to get out of it! Otherwise everything was great. We would recommend it for short or longer stays.

  Aside from the noise....

  This is a great property when on a road trip. Very clean and comfortable - it has everything youll need. Great parking and wifi. The only downside is the noise - very close to the train tracks (train whistles and horns at most hours), nearby the highway and a/c unit is very loud! If you can sleep through that or dont mind earplugs I recommend it.

  Disgusting - Stay Away!

  Upon arrival we walked into the lobby to NOT be greeted just looked at by (Ashley). Instead of saying hi can I help you we had to say we have a reservation for tonight under (my name) a d she proceeded to mess around on the computer without interacting with us at all. The staff (housekeeping) was apparently getting off their shift and wanted their checks so she kept walking away from checking us in to help them. Then a friend of her walked in and she proceeded to say hi to him, he walked up in front of us and was having a conversation with her about keys and what not. He walked back out and she resumed our check-in ....this has now been at least 15 mins of standing there not getting anywhere. Finally we were checked in...not 1 word was said to me. She put a piece of paper in front of me with highlighted areas on it....I said I'm assuming you want me to sign this. Her reply Ya. Then turned around and grabbed keys, handed them to me never said what room I was in, never said have a nice day, never apologized for her actions NOTHING. We got to our floor (3rd) and the entire hallway smells like smoke. Opened our door(reluctantly) to find that our Non-smoking room smelled like someone had just smoked a whole pack of cigarettes & several joints. As I proceeded to make my way into the room I found blood on the door, sticky finger prints on the door handle and stains on the carpet. The best one.... a vent in our bathroom that goes directly through to the room next to us. I called into discuss the issues and I was told they couldn't do anything bout it. Didn't care at all. Like this was just normal. We were supposed to spend 2 nights.....needless to say that didn't happen we immediately called around to see if there were any rooms available in the area....found 1 thank goodness! STAY AWAY!!!!!! Do NOT bother wasting your money here. Definitely NOT up to the standards in normal day....but even more so in Covid!
