  To whom it may concern!

  Hi my name is arthur I did not like how me and my partner got treated here with the reception we traveled from a 4-5 hour drive from the lower south west As we booked Online to stay at the ingot As we arrived we got told we couldnt stay here, we only needed a couple hours sleep as we was so tired and almost had a crash on the way up due to driving tired !! Then we was getting back on the road again, we felt like we was being pushed out after we couldnt stay the reception kept naming other hotel for us to stay at while we sat on the couch to look for somewhere else to stay we 100 percent did not feel welcome as we where tired and just to remind you we almost had a crash due to driving tired I think your reception would of rather us to crash then stay there !! Me and my partner had no choice but to sleep in the car Thanks kind regards Arthur

  Excellent hotel

  Loved the ambience of the hotel as soon as I walked in the door. Gorgeous decor, friendly, helpful staff, excellent restaurant, comfortable rooms, great price, great location, quiet. The mini shampoo/conditioner/body wash/moisturiser were amazingly scented

  Pleasantly surprised

  First time we have stayed here, great feel as we entered. We go to the perth cup every year and couldnt get into our usual venue, which was good really as this hotel was fantastic and only a 2km walk to the racecourse. We sat around the pool most of the first day Enjoying the ambiance of the pool area. The food was very good and of excellent standard. The rooms are a good size lovely and clean. Bed very comphy pillows nice. Prices for room service were very reasonable . Staff very friendly and they also offer airport shuttle service if required. We will definitely use this hotel again. It even has a laundry on the third floor. Secure parking and a very quiet hotel compared to others, very well thought through.Thanks to all the friendly staff.

  An airport hotel that's actually nice.. who knew it was possible?!

  We recently went to Perth for a holiday to visit family. We stayed at Ingot for a night before flying home and had ZERO expectations as we're usually left disappointed with airport hotels. From the moment we walked in, it felt really fresh and clean... like immaculately clean. The check in staff were friendly and helpful and even printed our COVID-19 border passes out for us. The room was well laid out and comfortable and the room service was tasty & well priced. We are FIFO workers that spend a great deal of time in airport hotels (in other states) and can only dream of having a place like Ingot available to us for our normal stopovers. Good value, free parking, clean and comfortable. Thank you Ingot - we were pleasantly surprised and will definitely choose to stay here next time we're in Perth.

  Great overnights stay

  Great overnight stay and value for money. Staff are great and rooms are nice.. beds and pillows were comfortable. Heaps off TV channels if your bored & short work to across the road for food. Nice and quiet at night. Secure parking as well
