  Customer service great!

  We were very impressed with the customer service here. The access to get to this hotel is a little awkward, but beds and room very comfortable and spacious. We did request a to level room, but the air conditioning was making a loud noise, so we asked to move. CHELSIE, front desk staff, got another room for us and verified that the air conditioning was quiet before we changed rooms. For our trouble she gave a us gift bag with snacks/ fun items and a discount of our bill. We were excited to have a complimentary hot breakfast, in this time of covid, which is for all guests. Terri was serving and very courteous . Park near by, great for 10 and under to use up some energy Great place to stay!

  Awesome choice

  We chose this gem from reviews. Probably the best stay of our whole road trip. Room was spotless, large and totally disinfected! Staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast served by a precious lady was the best weve had since our trip started. Wish I could give this hotel 10 dots!

  National Parks sightseeing trip.

  Husband & I travel often. We picked this town to the proximity to Teddy Roosevelt National Park North unit. This hotel is by far one of the best. Clean. Friendly & helpful employees. Pleasant smelling lobby. Just is an inviting place to stay. Bed was comfortable. Nice walk in shower. Fluffy white towels (within the chain we find some places to be very dingy off-white colored towels which is offsetting to me not here though). Breakfast during covid has been at other places a joke. Watford went above & beyond scrambled eggs and bacon was made individually in to-go containers. Location is not the best...across from a Veterinarians office and a livestock yard NO SMELL though. I fact not sure it is even used. Being a diamond member of the chain we find huge variations of quality within the chain. This should be the hotel others in the chain strive to be.

  Very COVID responsible/Very nice establishment

  This hotel is better than the usual Comfort Inns, nice large rooms, neatly furnished with comfortable beds and pillows. Newly renovated bathrooms with up to date fixtures. Rooms are kept empty for 72 hours after guests check out and we were offered simple but good take out breakfasts. The only drawback was limited parking.

  Great energy

  Checking in today for our second stay here this week. Jill was at the desk & my coworker & I thoroughly enjoyed our interaction during the check in. She was ready to make switches to meet our requirements. Clean, well kept facility.
