  Fantastic staff and great food

  Comfortable room and incredible staff who went out of their way to help our group. Our meals were outstanding and welcomed after our busy days. Would be happy to stay there again in the future. Thanks

  Great motel, great stay

  Lovely hotel with an unusual outlay, rainforests inside and pretty surroundings. Good sturdy beds & a nice outlay. Windows face the inside but have plantation blinds on them so privacy is assured. Recommended.

  Beautiful Hearts

  Thank you so much this wonderful family for looking after my 84 year old mum and brother after mass evacuation from eden ghey opened there heart and there door to them allowing them to stay as long as ned at no cost ,wonderful spirit my family cant thank you enough .

  Under new management

  This is an iconic motel in Queanbeyan. New owners/managers have taken over and are working to make it back to former glory. Rooms are clean and air conditioning works fantastic. Beds are comfy. Staff are amazing and accommodating in with any questions. They are currently updating the kitchen so no dinner meals available but continental breakfast included in price. Yes there are some small issues but they are working hard to fix. Give this place a go, you shouldn't be disappointed.

  Accessible Room Review

  Not very accessible. Ramps that were covered in carpet made it very hard to push on. The shower head was not adjustable and was kept up high where I could not reach it for myself. The bed moved when transferring from my wheelchair, so that was quite dangerous. The room did not block out noise from outside, so was woken early by other guests and staff. One morning, one staff member just barged into the room without knocking or announcing themselves. Theyre lucky the door latch was put across. There is a disabled car park right out the front of the motel, which is nice...when others dont half park across it. The sliding door into the bathroom was difficult to shut, and was only held on at the top, you could actually push it off the wall! The only positive was the guy who helped me check in (sorry, I have forgotten his name) but he was super friendly and so helpful by taking my bags out of the car and taking them to the room for me.
