  Clean Room Few Amenities.

  Room was nice and clean. Air conditioning very nice as we like it cold. Breakfast was good with hot and cold choices, eggs, bacon and sausage, biscuits and gravy, blueberry waffles and many of the usual choices. Did not sleep well as someone on the floor above us decided to stomp the floor and slam doors until almost 3:30 in the morning. No swimming pool at this property which is very inconsistent with most Comfort Inns that I have stayed in. Wifi is very spotty and is was not consistent either. Staff was very nice and they were accommodating. Elevator smelled like alcohol when you got on. Other that that it is a clean hotel with nice staff just need some other amenities.

  Worth More than 5 stars!!

  My wife and I travel quite frequently and stay in many motels. I have to say that this motel should have a higher rating than a 5! The staff was extraordinarily gracious and worked with us in making our stay great! April checked us in. As there were a couple of room issues, she was very kind and went beyond our expectations with a smile! She should be recognized for her service!! During our stay, I had a medical issue come up and the Manager, Steven Vinson, actually moved us to another room...very conscientious and kind! As a result of my issue, we had to check out a day early and head home! One could not ask for a more exceptional stay. THANK YOU TO ALL THE STAFF WHO HELPED US!! I know there were 2 others, however I cannot remember their names. Rooms, breakfast, etc. were great! Would most definitely stay here again!

  Very Friendly and Clean

  All of the staff members from the manager down, were extremely helpful and friendly; Trish did a terrific job of finding us a room!! The rooms are pleasant and very well maintained. The breakfast had a lot of options and the cookies and juice were very tasty at the end of a long day of sightseeing. The location is fairly close to several smaller towns as well as the city of Lexington, but far enough away to offer a slower pace and quieter surroundings! This is the only place we'll stay for our future visits to Nicholasville, KY!!!

  Reviews Can't Be Real

  This hotel was very dirty. The staff was never behind the desk and when I rang the bell they seemed irritated. The first room they put us in smelled like a dirty diaper and had dirty sheets. The sheets were so dirty they had literal dirt and makeup all over them, so we asked to switch rooms. The new room smelled better but was still dingy, the bedskirt had stains all over but I was assuming this was the best it was going to get so we dealt with it. My daughter is only 10 but commented how gross everything felt. We frequent this area but I will sleep in my car before staying here again. There were also dogs running around the halls with no leash, no one cared!

  Friendly but dirty and not safe!

  This hotel has potential to be nice, but the flaws were in their management. The rooms despite being called "non-smoking" smelled of smoke. We were locked out of our room twice due to their keys system not working. And to make it all worse, their staff didn't wear masks, ever, even when they had to come let us in our rooms. At this point that shouldn't be a problem. Follow your own guidelines!
