  Convenient location, Best breakfast

  I stay here 2 night on Tanabata festival so the price are quite high. the room was ok. The location aren't far from the station - They have so many shopping mall around the station. The best of the best of this hotel chain is breakfast! they provide healthy and full course breakfast everyday and have complimentary free coffee all day until midnight. The pillow is too flat, we got to ask the higher pillow at the front desk. We looking forward to stay at this hotel chain again.

  Fairly simple, but very good experience

  Fairly simple, straightforward hotel in easy reach of the main rail station in Sendai. Check in was nice and easy, with extremely friendly, polite and smart staff. Informed about breakfast and things, then sent off with my room key and a complimentary coffee. Room was a single - small, but had everything it needed. Pay-per-view TV, with films and adult content. Also regularly free TV channels. Bathroom had shower in bath. Breakfast buffet was good, enough choice. Hotel were kind enough to keep my luggage after checkout until I returned after running a marathon around 5pm. A great experience, made better by the friendly and helpful staff. Thanks!

  good for a simply over night stay

  Typical Japanese business Hotel. everything is put in a small room. I was disappointed breakfast. All cutlery are plastic & disposal.

  Convenient location and good breakfast

  This hotel is conveniently located a few minute walk from the Sendai train station. Like other Comfort Hotels, it offers free breakfast for the guest and it was very good. This hotel is non-smoking but it is located above a Pachinko parlor and the cigarette smoke seeps into the entrance hall on the ground floor and the guest floors. It night just been my room but the bathroom had musty smell. But overall, I had a pleasant stay at this hotel.

  Avoid this hotel if you can!

  This is a standard so-called business hotel. However, if you need a good breakfast, with a good service, you had better avoid this hotel. I have traveled around the world and can safely say that this is one of the worst, When the says a breakfast in included it the price(it does!), it meas that all foods available is for every customers This kind of reaction, I understand , is not is the minds of this hotel owner. Breakfast, they say, is free of charger. But not to speak of its low quality, the garcon was insolent, saying that no second pickup of foods is not available despite the fact the the regulation is not explicitly shown. I was in need a very little portion of soup, which was peremptorily rejected. This kind of a small neglect of hospitality, I am afraid to say, might likely to a regrettable consequence. As for myself, I will never again use this hotel.
