  Oh dear!

  Despite knowing that the room didnt have the additional bed requested we were sent up. Another room was found, but the quality of accommodation has significantly deteriorated since we last stayed. It is sold as having air con, which wasnt working . In one room the shower fixing was broken, in the other the TV had been ripped from the wall and the bathroom extractor had been extracted.the sockets were dodgy and the kettle was not working in either room. We could have paid a lot less for a hot basic room with no amenities.

  Good value for money

  The room is clean, the bed good and the location ok. All in all good value for money and beats a F1 hotel (only 20% cheaper and shared bathroom!) by far. Next time I would stay here again. Also breakfast was good.

  Clean, friendly, close to city centre

  After reading the reviews on TripAdvisor I was a little worried. But it wasnt bad at all. The staff was super friendly and helpfull, location perfect, rooms spacious and clean with a good comfy bed and the breakfast was delicious and plenty (what you dont see that often in France). For the price you pay, its great! Thanks for a perfect stay.

  Understaffed

  We received a mail asking us to check in online which we were happy to do. When we arrived it was apparent that this was possibly because there was only one person on reception. The young lady was extremely helpful and courteous but seemed to in total charge. She had to open up the bar and serve drinks in addition to reception duties. Room was basically furnished, there was a power cut the following morning and the general impression was that the hotel was extremely short on staff. We had intended to have breakfast there but decided against it.

  Needs update, but still pleasant and good location

  OK by size and clean room, bathroom clean but needs updating, free parking in front of the hotel, very close to the old town/ The hotel is near a big shopping center, so traffic jams possible around 5-7 pm, nice very helpful lady on reception. Very satisfying stay overall. Short walk across the bridge to the Old Town, don't miss watching sunset from the bridge - it's magnificent.
