  Much needed break

  Comfort Arlington apartments lived up to our expectations - just as the website had shown. A very large apartment, well appointed, with full kitchen,and fully equipped laundry behind folding doors.. Also a much appreciated lounge area with comfortable sofa's and TV. A much needed requisite for our age group. The bed was very comfortable, and there was a chest of drawers and plenty of hanging space. The bathroom had recently been refurbished and was more than adequate. All in all an apartment that met our needs very well. Our car was allocated a bay behind locked gates - so very secure. Thank you to all the staff who were very helpful and for a very pleasant stay:we will return.

  Convenient location and everything you need

  These spacious apartments are located only five minutes drive from Perth's CBD. We regularly stay in a two bedroom apartment and there is absolutely everything you could possibly need. Sunny and his staff are always very attentive and happy to help.

  Comfortable and great location

  Stayed for family event. Despite the 40 degree temperatures !!! It was very comfortable, air conditioner worked well. Good kitchen and large fridge, Coles only 5 minute drive away to stock up. Also tried the bookshop cafe which was very nice. Bus stop opposite, easy ride into CBD, also easy to get to Optus for cricket. Was very quiet, didnt notice any traffic or neighbour noise. Service was great even when our flight was late thanks Sunny. Will be back.

  Awesome for South Perth stay-cation

  Kids and I stayed in a 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment and it was perfect for our overnight stay. We were scheduled to attend a sports competition but it was cancelled due to coronavirus so we just made our booking into a stay-cation to explore beautiful South Perth. Very spacious, well appointed and secure unit with a fully equipped kitchen, great for cooking up our breakfast in the morning. It also include a full size/deep bath which the kids loved. The location is so convenient - walking distance to the river and South Perth amenties/restaurants or a quick drive away to everything. Nice pool area for the kids to have a splash around in. Carol & Sunny are very gracious and accommodating hosts. I highly recommend a stay at this location!

  Home away from home

  Very stayed 3 nights earlier this month in a very roomy, comfortable, clean 1 bedroom apartment. It had everything you need to self cater if you wish or plenty of choices nearby, excellent central location close to the river. The managers were extremely accommodating with a number of requests including luggage storage, early check in and out of hours assistance - nothing was too much trouble to help us out at any time. the grounds are also very well maintained, highly recommended to stay here
