  El comfitel primavera es un hostal, más que un hotel de tres estrellas. La ubicación es excelente y el tamaño de la habitación también. Habíamos reservado una deluxe twin y, afortunadamente teníamos una gran habitación con otra mini habitación dentro, (ver fotos). El baño estaba muy bien. Pero!.. El portal está que se cae a trozos. Los colchones son de muelles y gastaditos, y curiosamente las sábanas y edredones son para camas mucho más pequeñas por lo que sería imposible que dos personas se pudiesen tapar con el edredón de la cama de 1.35, incluso la sábana bajera sólo cubría la parte superior de la cama. Para quisquillosos, la moqueta estaba llena de manchurrones. El aire aacc hacía bastante ruido y no se pueden tener las ventanas abiertas porque el ruido que entra de la avenida es insoportable. Imprescindible llevar tapones, aún con las ventanas cerradas, La lámpara de encima del escritorio sólo estaba de adorno porque no había ningún enchufe cerca. El desayuno apto para personas poco exigentes y lo que si estaba mal era el servicio. Solo había una chica y no podía con todo por lo que muchas veces no había cubiertos, o leche.. En cuanto al personal de recepción, una chica era encantadora. La otra justita.

  A comfortable place to say

  Excellent location for shopping and seeing the sites. Room was large and comfortable. Some minor issues with services took some time to resolve due to language problems. Range of options for breakfast was okay but breakfast room is on the small side.

  Great

  Simply it is great.... The location , the price , the staff , and the breakfast. on Nevsky prospect near maykovskaya metro, Friendly staff and clean rooms,,,,,free tea and coffee all the day,,,and the price is reasonable.

  Excellent value

  We stayed here for 3 nights, and although there are nicer places around, think this little hotel is best value for money. It ticked all the boxes for us - free wifi, free breakfast, clean bathroom and bedroom, superb location on Nevsky Prospekt. It was comfortable and staff spoke English. I would choose again. Yes entrance is a little dark and not well signed, but as they are only on one floor of 4 don't think they can do too much about shared areas. We found it easily by the number (92).

  Great location for seeing the city

  My daughter and I stayed here for 3 nights in June. The location is excellent, right on Nevsky Prospect and within walking distance to many of the main sites. The staff spoke broken, yet very passable, English and were helpful. The room was clean, breakfast was always good and there is free wifi. My only complaint about the room is that our AC unit leaked onto the desk. We had to place towels under the drip to keep it from splashing into the electrical outlets and the TV. The desk clerk came and looked at the issue and said she would have it looked at. I have no idea if this happened or not, but it was still dripping when we checked out. The only other real issue is the entrance to the hotel. It's dirty and dingy with broken tile. It almost appears deserted. You take a small, cramped ( 1 person and 2 bags is cramped) elevator to the 4th floor where the rooms are located. The elevator was broken 2 days we were there so we had to take the stairs. They are dark, and until you get to hotel you would think the place was abandoned. Overall it's a very good choice and I would stay there again. There are nicer and more expensive around, but if you are really just using your room as a launching point for your visit then this hotel is a great choice. If you want luxury, I would keep looking.
