  I came in as a walk-in (11/1/20). This huge hotel with only a handful of cars outside. The desk person was polite but 1) she gave me a room that was at the end of a hallway that required a couple of turns, room 201. It found it spooky that it was so remote. I tried to call the desk to get a change but no one answered after a couple of tries. Since I'd been driving for hours from NY in horrible weather, i was too tired to fight it. I just put up all the locks and ate one of my power bars for dinner. This easily the WEIRDEST Marriott experience I've ever had and I have Elite Ambassador status! On the plus side: the room was very clean BUT I now travel with a portable tabletop HEPA filtration system to filter the air for at least 15 minutes before I take my mask off. I also clean the surfaces with my own stuff. I just feel better by doing this since I travel so much. The gal also gave me a great rate which was appreciated. Since the desk person never mentioned any kind of breakfast offering, I'm glad that there are several possibilities nearby. Again, this was so STRANGE! I stayed last night at a Marriott in Utica, NY and had a to-go albeit simple breakfast.

  Perfect stay

  Stayed here for the weekend. Requested a quiet room on the top floor and got exactly what I wanted. Despite being a bit slow the restaurant and bar were both open. Rooms were nicely redone with a comfy bed and clean desk. I slept great. Front desk staff were excellent. Perfect location off the highway, near restaurants and the Tuttle mall. What more could you ask for?

  Great Weekend

  We needed to travel during these crazy times. The staff here was incredibly kind and took all precautions for our stay to be safe. Jessica in particular was amazing. She took care of all logistics for us and made us feel like we had been friends forever by the time we left. Chad also deserves a shout out for working so hard to make us feel comfortable and have all we need. The rooms were comfortable, the hotel was clean and gorgeous. I recommend it highly.

  Excellent Stay and Customer Service

  My husband and I had an outstanding Valentines Weekend stay at this Marriott property. This was our first hotel stay during the pandemic, but felt extremely comfortable with the protocols in place. The best part of the stay was the extraordinary customer service by Zach, who went above and beyond from the moment we arrived. As Marriott TItanium Elite Lifetime members, we have stayed at Marriott properties around the the world. Without a doubt, Zach is world-class and a wonderful ambassador for the Marriott brand. His friendly, can-do attitude makes guests feel like they are family. We definitely will be staying here again when traveling to Columbus. Added bonus was the upgrade to a beautiful suite!

  Be Cautious - Unless you dont Care

  Discappointing as I have stayed at this property many times and have never had an issue but when I went to check in, It was obvious that service and save COVID Practices are not at this hotel any longer exsisting at this hotel.. somehting has changed at this hotel not sure if it is managment or just cant hire people to staff to ensure propety is cleaned and the employees are customer friendly! THis must be a manged Marriott property and now owned by Marriott but hopefully they will make postive changes to protect their customers and provide a Marriott customer experience!
