  Buen hotel a 50 mts del Lago Bolsena

  La ubicación del hotel es excelente a solo pasos del lago y a minutos del centro histórico que vale la pena recorrer. Tiene un estacionamiento reducido al frente del hotel. Desayuno muy bueno. La habitacion amplia y limpia pero creo que el hotel requiere algo más de mantención en frifos y duchas. Muy buena relación precio/calidad considerando que estuve ahí en temporada baja.

  Amabilidad

  staff muy amable, ya que a pasar de que hubo un error en la reserva, lo solucionaron muy rapidamente, buen desayuno, bufet, muy completo y variado. hotel muy limpio, i tranquilo, muy cerca del lago Bólsena, en zona arbolada, muy cerca del centro del pueblo.

  The hotel doesn't met my expectation.

  The hotel hasn't met my expectation. The location is great, it is very near to the lake. The structure is wonderful, clean and well decorated, the room and the bathroom are spacious. My complains are for the managment that seems not be so professional, maybe because it look like a family business and to save a little money they do not care the"small" but important details. the details that make the difference between a good hotel and a excellent hotel. Entering into the room the refrigerator was unplugged and empty, I was not able to store the baby food that I need to waste. No complementary bottle of water was offered. Normally I found complementary water (sometimes welcome drink), even in the 3 stars hotels and even if it is not summer. The TV was not set (even for the free chanel), I asked to the reception to check and they told me to watch the channel HD channel from the 501 ahed. Only Rai 1 and Rai 2 was available and I was not able to entertainn my baby with some cartoon channel. From a 4 stars hotel I was expecting at least the free channel. No temporary parking in front the hotel is available and the hotel parking lot is 50 meter far and you need to carry the luggage by yourself. The wifi signal was poor and not always available. They switch off the air conditioning sistem at 7 o'clock in the morning so that we woke up in the hot and we had to sweat a lot packing our staff before the check-out. It was not a good idea to open the window to get some fresh air because in a short time we found the room full of flies and mosquitoes. There is no network on the window. The bathroom is quite big but the shower cabin too small. They do not accept all the most common credit cards. I would not recommend this hotel.

  Lovely hotel, great location, friendly staff

  The hotel was lovely, great location by the beach, the staff were all really friendly, the rooms were a good size, although I agree with others comments that the shower cubicles were small. We booked 2 rooms, one for my husband and I and one for our sons, Id booked the cheaper rooms but they upgraded my husband and I to a more expensive room so that we could be next to them. Our room and bathroom was bigger, but the facilities were the same. The air con was off in both rooms but I switched it on and it didnt get switched off over night as per previous reviews. The breakfast was really good, big selection of food and great Nespresso coffee machine. The parking was only 5 metres away, not 50. It was secure and safe and shady, easy to get in and out of. I would definitely stay here again.

  Just Misses Out

  Impressive hotel right near the water front, comfortable rooms, quiet during October, but the room we had, whilst having a view of the lake, had the smallest toilet area I have ever come across, with your knees touching the wall Good buffet breakfast but would benefit by the addition of more fresh fruit and good Italian coffee. Easy walk to the old village where there are a number of nice restaurants and a few wine bars. I sometimes wonder if the owners ever visit the rooms in their establishments, because if they did and experienced this bathroom, then the layout would definitely fail
