  Peaceful and charming!

  Colonial Acres is located on Lewis Bay overlooking Hyannis harbor in Yarmouth. A very peaceful area with charming cottages & villas as well as one bedroom studios. We have been going to Colonial Acres for the past 21 years as owners of two timeshares there. Highly recommended for a wonderful relaxing vacation, right in the middle of the cape! A perfect location! Feels like home!

  Sometimes you are pleasantly surprised!

  This was a last minute reservation to just get away during the Pandemic and put our toes in the sand and get a change of scenery. We really weren't expecting much, but we had a lovely 1 BR unit and the location is quiet yet close to town and some nice beaches. Granted if we were here with kids and had to deal with the pool being closed and such, my review might have been different, but all considering, we were really happy here. They were thorough with our check in and then left us alone to just enjoy!

  Lovely Spot on Lewis Bay

  This resort is in a wonderful location - a quiet neighborhood on Lewis Bay in West Yarmouth. You can walk to the beach in 5 minutes. Our villa was tastefully deecorated and very well equipped - 2 decks, a gas grill and picnic table, and even a blender in the kitchen. Everything was in good repair, and the service was excellent. My only complaint is that the resort's website says the beach is "private" and this is not correct. It's a public beach so it was more crowded than what we expected.

  Nice stay except for health concerns

  Despite assurances that staff would not enter our unit while we were in residence because of Covid 19 and my wife's underlying health issues, a maintenance person went in uninvited and ignoring a Do Not Disturb sign. They touched towels and left a tool in the bathroom and the unit was no longer sanitized. The Manager got belligerent when I brought it up on checking out and handled it very poorly...

  Gorgeous cottage!

  Beautifully decorated two bedroom cottage with well-stocked kitchen. Skylights allowed more natural light in. Very quiet location and maybe 10 minutes walk to the beach. All staff are friendly & helpful.
