  Excelente unicacion

  Es un apart hotel que está ubicado en un lugar central de la ciudad, con acceso a muchos puntos de Interes a pie o mediante el tram (tranvía) que en partes es gratis. Las habitaciones están bien, no es muy grande pero en buenas condiciones. La limpieza es buena pero no todos los días. La atención y el precio son muy buenos.

  Great location

  A real gem in the CBD of Melbourne. Apartment style accommodation ranging from studio to 2 bedrooms. It's not the Ritz but a very reasonable price for the location. Fit out between rooms seems to vary. I stayed in a studio room on level 4. It was very clean and pleasantly furnished.

  Its a room

  I needed a room quickly for the night in this area so I found this one. I found it okay, the room was clean and tidy. The room itself is a bit old, certainly nothing flash but usable and what I liked is that it had some room. Its in a good location. One point is that as its in the city you can hear the city traffic at night when you are trying to sleep. The nose is not loud but its there.

  Perfect hotel for city stay.

  We loved our stay at Hotel Collins for New Years Eve 2020. Centrally located next to the Town Hall and walking distance to all the great restaurants, theatres and shops hotel Collins is the perfect place to use as a base for a stay in Melbournes central business district. The one bedroom apartment was very clean with nice pillows and linen on the bed and a window that opens to let in the breeze and the sound of birds chirping and with a view over the city rooftops.

  Best Location for a City Stay in Melbourne

  I stayed here with my husband in a 1 bedroom apartment in December. The apartments are in a heritage building located opposite the Regent Theatre in Collins St. The low-key entrance is tucked away between a lovely restaurant, Bistrot D'Orsay, and Rutherford jewellery. Check in was easy, safe and secure. Everything is a short walk from here. The Town Hall, Regent Theatre, Flinders lane with all it's famous graffiti laneways, bars and restaurants and all the high end designer shops are at your doorstep. The National Gallery and Arts Centre, Yarra River Southbank precinct, , Botanic Gardens, Parliament house, Theatres, Bourke Street Mall and Chinatown are all less than 15 mins walk. Our spotlessly clean room was tastefully decorated and freshly painted and carpeted. The bedroom had plenty of wardrobe space, a very comfortable mattress and good pillows and linen. The sitting area was spacious and had a very well equipped kitchenette and was a pleasant area to sit, especially as we could open the windows for some fresh air. The bathroom was spacious with plenty of warm water. Noise did not seem to be a problem at all. We will definitely stay here again for another affordable Melbourne city adventure.
