  Old fashioned hotel

  We expected something else. Everything in the room, every piece in the bathroom has a touch of old, used and old fashioned. The room and bathroom are clean but the impression remains...The swimmingpool is big and clean but for us is not interesting, we came for the sea. Reception and restaurant dont have the best people. The public is mixed.

  Great journey ar Cocor Spa

  With my entire family (4 adulta and 2 childrens) we spent a great 7 days ar Cocor Spa hotel. The rooms are litlle but clean. The food excelent. The staff very helpful. Congratulations to the entire personal!!!

  Avoid by all means to stay at Cocor. Bullying is included in the price at Cocor spa hotel.

  Bullying at the Cocor spa hotel. The hotel is far from the standards of 4 stars, the room is small, the bathroom smells of mud, the TV is placed in an awkward position you cannot see anything. The food is OK but the waiters are a gang of youngsters trying to have fun while they are working, spoiling the atmosphere during meals, discussing about people eating and literally chasing people to clean the tables while they are eating. I was asked while I was eating: " do you still need this plate", plate I was eating from. The attitude is rude, it is obvious they are not trained to be waiters. All these are done with the approvel of the manager who is saying " you know it is difficult to find people to work during high season ". I asked for money back for the meals to eat somewhere else and they say it is not possible. All they care is to cash in. Once you pay upfront for the services expect the worse because they just don't care.

  Needs improvement but still....

  For start, it's true that it's not a 4* hotel. Yes, it has the facilities ( outdoor pool, spa, air cond, indoor pool for extra charge ) but it appears to be an old hotel with some improvements made here and there over the years. Unfortunately, it needs more. Particularly the bathroom which is old and the showers. A little bit of modern touch should be given to this hotel. The strong points are definitely the food, a variety of choices, tasty, fresh and all you can eat. Cleaning done every day, the towels were clean but the toiletries cheap even though provided daily ( not something you would expect at 4*). The beach is extremely close, 5 min top, the pool is very clean, towels provided at request to stay on while sunbathing. Very quiet, 2 parking lots. Staff ok, nothing to complain about. All in all, modernization needed asap and it would probably become one of the top hotels

  Definitely not a 4 star hotel!

  I decided to spend the weekend at the seaside and I took a accommodation for one night so I preferred a 4* hotel. The building is quite old and the first room we stayed had a big stain on one armchair and water in the shower was cold and barely running. i went to reception to ask for another room and they first tried to convince me to wait and have the water problem fixed. As this wasn't something I could accept, they finally gave me a new room but still not a 4 star room Meals were poor (both breakfast and dinner), it was a buffet with just a few options and everybody could touch anything. Pool area was a bit noisy so unless you come with kids playing there too, is not a relaxing place A bit pricey for what it offers
