  Extremely kid unfriendly

  The resort looks good and staffs are overall helpful. But if you have a small kid, my humble request is not to choose this resort. The kitchen closes for lunch at 3 am and dinner for 10:30 pm. Whenever you ask for some food for kids they will say kitchen is closed. The experience is so bad that we were having breakfast on an open table. A crow spoilt the kid's plate suddenly before we understand, hence we asked for some cut fruits which were there 2 mins back on breakfast buffet, they said we can't give because kitchen is closed. We requested so many times and explained that a crow has spoilt it. But they were adamant and rejected our request. We were surprised that they were not even ready to provide same cut fruits that were already available on breakfast buffet just 2 mins back, we asked only few pieces of same fruits. I visited so many resorts worldwide but have never such unfriendly resort.

  Exceeded expectations

  Everything about this hotel was 10 out of 10. Supportive, honest, friendly and sincere staffs. Joe and Fraser at the reception while Avilton(Resturant Manager), Pandu, Avio, Flocy and Gauresh are extremely helpful in the Restaurant. Beach is only 5 minutes walk. Rooms were very clean and cosy. Landscaping in nothing less than of a 5 star hotel. We asked for bicycles and they made sure to arrange for the same. Food at the restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced. Pool seemed clean too. Recommend this place highly for all.

  Lovely home stay for us

  My stay at Indy coconut Grove was excellent. I with my family stayed for 1 month and all went so well. The staff is very warm, humble and cordial. The chef cooked us food just like home. Special thanks to Bishwajit and Rohit for making our favourite dishes. The property is 100 mtr away from the beach. And regarding cleanliness, all staff is masked up and with gloves, entire property sanitised timely, daily temp check, oxygen level check, sanitised pen at reception..All precautions taken for covid. In wholesome 10/10 property.

  Excellent Location

  The stay was very pleasant and comfortable. The staff was very polite and helpful, the location was very convenient for getting around and many activities. Beach is just 60 m from the hotel and walkable distance to other beaches around for water sporting and food. Other tourist attractions are within 30 kms of the property. If we were to travel to Goa again, we would definitely stay at this place again.

  A very calm and serene stay

  This property might be a little difficult to navigate but once you are there, you would be pleasantly surprised with what it has to offer in the price bucket. The staff is very helpful, joins you for a conversation and accommodate any last minute requests (be at the bar or in the room). Some pigeons near our room did spoil the aesthetics of the external view. The rooms were spacious with a nice balcony. None of the rooms are sea facing but the sea is around 100 steps from the room. The betalbatim beach is a white sand clean beach which is not crowded. The landscaping is amazing and you will have multiple opportunities to get some nice photos. The pool is nice and clean
