  Very hospitable place

  The owner is very kind, attending to some needs even late at night, we even get a room upgrade for free. They have a very nice transportation, and the owner personally bring us to the airport. Surely i will recommend and visit them next time!

  Friendly, private place

  The villa we got has a microwave, water dispenser TV and Ref aside from the AC and 1 toilet and bath and lots of space. Perfect base for the touring activities in Bohol. The management caters to our requests quite fast and we ended up having an enjoyable stay...

  Excellent customer service and great location!

  With the newly opened Panglao airport, the resort is now just less than 10 minutes away. The place was private, the room very spacious (we booked the cheapest room for 2 but the room was actually good for 4 people), with a loft area and a kitchen with fridge. Wifi was fast, free shuttle going to Alona. Ms. Anne, the resort manager, provides excellent customer service! She is very responsive (and detailed) via email and text, and even more friendly in person. She arranged transpo going back to the resort from Alona for us even if it wasn't included in their service! Their other staff are very nice too. We stayed for 3 nights and availed of their tour packages around Bohol, and felt like we paid value for money during our stay. Will definitely come back and recommend Coco Mango to family and friends!

  Affordable

  We just got home from our holy week holiday with family. We stayed at room 11 that is good for 10pax. The refrigerator doesn't work and what scare us is the gecko staying at the back of the fridge. IT was stated that it is a fully furnished apartment type with cooking utensil but still you need to rent the rice cooker and stove per day. But due to our complaint re:Refrigerator the owner give us discount. The beach was about 5mins and hotel has a shuttle we payed for it 150php 2 way already. But over all the place is clean and affordable and the pool is big enough..

  Less than satisfactory

  It is a budget accommodation, but at my opinion the quality of this hotel is less than average compared to similar accommodations. Positive: The garden and the pool is actually nice and beautiful. Negative: The room i slept in does need an upgrade. Its was run down and looked very old. Poor wifi not working properly in the room. To use the wifi I had to go outside. Breakfast quality is also less than average quality. The location is a bit far away from Alona Beach, but I was aware of that while making the booking. It is possible walking to the beach, but a moto is much more comfortable in the hot climate. I would not stay here again.
