  Visita a Basler

  Muy buen hotel!!!!!! Tiene pileta cubierta y climatizada excelente, desayuno muy completo, cerca del aeropuerto y centros comerciales, súper recomendable, la pileta está ambientada muy buen gusto, para uso familiar.

  Great pillows and breakfast!

  I stayed here for 2 weeks recently for a business trip. The pillows in their rooms are the best I've ever slept on and I took a picture of their label to buy some for at home. The potatoes on their free breakfast buffet are also phenomenal. The staff was also very friendly. The only downside of this place is every couple days, the key card failed and I had to have it re-programmed at the front desk to get into my room.

  Good place but bad customer service

  Stayed there after a wedding in the connected venue. The wife and our friend needed to check-in so our friend could use the room to do some new mom things but the gentleman at the counter was very passive and rude with them. I could not help them check-in since I was standing up in the wedding next door. Also the breakfast was extremely limited and we were told we could not stay in there to finish our food after a certain time, so we finished our food and watched all the staff come into the area so they could eat.

  Best staff I have ever had!

  The staff here was great! Every single person we dealt with was wonderful and helpful! Everything was was great down to a very clean room. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back in the future!!

  Relaxing Evening

  We were in town for the high school state basketball tournament and hadnt made any reservations not knowing how the tournament would go. We decided to stay in town and wanted a moderately priced but nice place to stay. This was it! Even with the tournament prices, the cost wasnt crazy high. My husband spent a little more to get a whirlpool suite to give us some extra relaxation (first night away from our daughter). The whirlpool was lovely (plenty of hot water!), the bed was comfortable, the room was clean, the hotel was quiet, and the front desk was friendly. We only had one bummer moment, but it didnt really impact our stay. The breakfast options. I appreciate that they offered a Covid friendly breakfast by having you tell the front desk what youd like off a menu and they brown bag it for you. However, they really limit what you can have. I wanted apple juice and cold cereal - simple enough. But they wouldnt let me have both milk for the cereal and juice, which is just silly. So my husband got apple juice with his breakfast and milk with mine and just gave me both and then he had coffee. Milk should just be an automatic with cereal and not considered a drink. Unfortunately, my husband also got the only flavor of yogurt he dislikes (you dont get a choice). The breakfast didnt make or break our stay, but it would be an easy enough change to not consider milk a drink when someone has cereal and let someone pick a yogurt flavor from the ones available.
