  The Coast was a disappointment

  During the Canada Day long weekend we went to visit family in Southern Alberta. Because of covid restrictions, we opted to stay at a hotel rather than with relatives. We were very disappointed in this hotel. The room was extremely small, with only 1 chair. That meant that one of us had to work on the laptop sitting on the edge of the bed. The temperature was impossible to control, and we were claustrophobic because there was no outside window just, strangely, a window overlooking the interior hallway. The amenities were non-existent. Shampoo, conditioner, and so on were in large bottles whose pump dispensers didn't work, so I was fumbling in the shower trying to unscrew caps on these monstrous bottles. That was a deal-breaker for me. We spent as little time in that room a possible. They claim to sanitize everything, but who really knows? We had a much better experience at the Ramada.

  Great place to stay

  Over a clean , friendly place to stay . Stayed here a few times and never had any issues from cleanliness to comfort . I like the location as its very easy to get around anywhere in Lethbridge when you are here .

  Review

  Would take time during pandemic to clean or replace carpets in halls and rooms that are stained. Restaurant is updated and exterior but rooms are worse for wear. Should communicate more what precautions were taken to ensure public areas and rooms were sanitized.

  Great Experience. Friendly Staff.

  Went to Lethbridge for a wedding. Stayed at the Coast. We had a suite that was very spacious and good amenities. Staff were great and friendly. Mike the front desk person went out of his way to ensure our was comfortable. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Only minor complaint was difficult in finding parking due to street wheelers which is not the hotels fault as they later sent out staff to ensure only guest parking. We did have a great of the event. Next time we are in Lethbridge we will definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel.

  Unimpresive

  I paid for a jetted tub suite and although the tub and shower were nice the rest left you wanting more. The toilet was super low i felt like i was using a training potty How ever the service i recieved was top notch
