  Very good!

  Very pleasant stay here for our family. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were all friendly, respectful and helpful. Will stay again in future travel for business or pleasure. Recommend softer bed mattresses.

  comfortable & clean

  we have stayed here before especially when one of us has a hospital appointment. It's always a pleasant place to stay. The rooms are clean & comfortable. When covid is over we look forward to seeing the great breakfast you used to have.

  Enjoy my stay. Always great

  I have always enjoyed my stay from parking until sleeping. Very friendly staff and very good complimentary breakfast. I do not think that you need to have a 200 character review to establish whether your guest enjoyed their stay or would recommend your place to others.

  Not the best place

  We chose to stay at this hotel because it is a trusted name. It was dirty, the continental breakfast was coffee, only if the carafes were full, and its very dated. A guests dog got into the garbage under the coffee station, and an hour later the mess still hadnt been cleaned. The whole building could use a really good cleaning, the chair and carpet in our room were filthy, to say the nicest thing. There was food on the floor under the heater/air conditioner from a previous guest. We left it there. A person can excuse a lot of things in a hotel if there is a great shower. Unfortunately, this hotel doesnt even offer that. The water was barely hot enough and the pressure was non existent. The shower head had a weak spray out the top and dripped out the back. Sad, very sad. We wont be staying at this hotel again, there simply has to be something better. The only really good thing...we had a lovely view of the lake!

  Best hotel in Williams Lake

  Clean and comfortable rooms. Restaurant and sports bar on site. In my opinion its the best hotel in town. Great view overlooking Williams Lake. Cool little brew pub just down the road, a five minute walk.
