  Bien situado en una zona tranquila para unas vacaciones pero un poco lejos de todo para un viaje de negocio. Personal muy agradable y las instalaciones bien . las vistas son impresionantes y en general el hotel estaba muy limpio El parking es gratuito

  Terrible experience 2nd time around

  We had had a great stay here at the start of our holiday in France, Had a great stay and thought it was a fantastic hotel, lovely location and great staff. Wrote a great review on TripAdvisor for this hotel recommending it to others. Olivier H, Directeur général at Hotel Club Plein Sud, responded to this review, hoped to welcome us back in the future to stay Given we had had such a great stay before we decided to return on our last night France. The biggest mistake we could have ever made. We arrived at 14:30, My partner had a bad back and needed to lay down, After queuing for over 25 minutes we managed to check in, and where given a room key. We went up to the room to find the room was not ready, told by housekeeping that we could not come into to the room or even leave our bag in the room. Back down to reception again to see if they could help, After 15 minutes of queuing to get to speak to someone, they told us that was not possible to get another room, and we should wait for the room to be ready. Asked to speak to a manager but this was not possible, we're told we were at fault for arriving early, and that we should not have come before 15:00. I asked how come we have watched over 30 people check in and get a room key and was told this is the French way. Asked when it would be possible to get into the room and was told after 15:00, I explained it was now 15:30 and we had been here one-hour waiting, and the only reason we had come back to this hotel was that we had such a good stay before. This time again I was told it was my fault for coming back, and there was nothing they were going to do to help. Managed to get into the room around 16:15, almost 2 hours after arriving. Will never return to this hotel again.

  Excellent position BUT

  First impression was great, room was bright with balcony and sea view. But on closer inspection a deep clean was needed, shower could not be used as the fitting was hanging off the wall and the air-con was broken, rust on the bath and mould between the tiles. Room directory states 'all malfunctions reported before 3pm will be repaired before 6pm' ours were reported twice with no effect.... Breakfast was a shambles, queues for hot machine made drinks - which were awful - layout was very poor and the bread was terrible, how can the French do this! No staff service at all. Went for lunch on our first day, we did not have a coloured band on our wrists! This really is a hotel for elderly guests who do not mind being herded about. All we wanted was a salad but this was refused, we had to have a full buffet for 21 - we left and enjoyed a wonderful seafood lunch in the port area for less price! Do not eat here if you can avoid. Wi-Fi poor and slow. Car parking is extensive but few or no spaces if you arrive in the evening.

  bad experience

  poor / bad breakfast accommodation and choose of food , tips improve breakfast accommodation make it your guests a pleasure to stay at your hotel at this moment all efforts are made to service poor quality food and very limited variations of speads , very limited nr/ of personnel which are not very friendly...

  Enjoyable Christmas time!

  We had a great entertaining stay at this hotel thanks to the animation team (Manon, Mohamed, Antoine,...) and other partners (especially Brigitte the dance teacher). Thank you for that! The food was diverse and rather good, the staff was welcoming and nice. The location is great. We enjoyed our time there. Famille VDB
