  Not the best

  The hotel is located in an excellent place, 36 sunbeds for an 80 room hotel if u ask for more they say there is enough. Rooms are basic but adequate. Food is rationed and not very good. Watermelon, apples and oranges for dessert.

  Great location, great staff

  Early season break with three friends, all had a fabulous time. booked last minute at fantastic price for two weeks all inclusive. found the hotel to be really close to everything we wanted to see and do, but it was on a quiet street. WiFi was free throughout the hotel and in all restaurants and bars that we visited. menu at the hotel was fairly basic but all the food was tasty. chef was around in the restaurant every night and happily explained what was in the local dishes, which were all delicious. hired electric trikes on one afternoon and went over to mamaris. also did a number of great trips over the two weeks. exchange rate is so good at the moment that our money went further than expected. enjoyed myself so much that I'm going back next week.

  Disaster

  Only paid for three days and Im glad Im moving out Food not good have to fight for a table and if u leave it to go get food someone just sits in it. I ate out most nights Its all Russian orientated. Pool area not clean very well tables dirty. Cigarette ends on floor. Rooms only had house keeping once in three days. Towels smell Musty would I return defo not

  Worst hotel ever

  Terrible service. Pictures are all a lie and the rooms are horrible. Staff are very rude and arrogant and dont help at all. We were lied to about a slide being there and when we got there was nothing the worst holiday ever

  OMGhotels. com

  I fount this deal on OMG hotels 2 nights at London Hotel and 2 attractions for £378 and it seems like a good deal. Prior booking I emailed OMGhotels office and asked for a possibility of staying in a specific hotel which was on their list and 2 specific attractions in London. I was told yes your stay in London is possible just put a note under special requirements", which I did. Then I had an email back after purchasing the deal that the selected restaurant is closed and I was offered another one and that there is no climbing on O2 on Saturday and Sunday was offered. Not a single word about the hotel I requested. It was important to me that we stay at the hotel which I selected from OMGhotels list. I was ignored and offered another hotel which rate at the moment is £50 per night on booking.com. Even if I add £100 for dinner and £70 for O2 it only comes to £270. I paid £378 thinking that OMGhotels offers this fantastic deal! Nobody even bothered to get back to me about my complain. This is an awful company who doesn't care about anybody else. They made my weekend a nightmare, not the raining weather, not the Covid but OMGhotels. At the end when I said that I do not wish to stay at the hotel the have selected, OMGhotels cancelled my stay all together 'As you've decided to not use the hotel, I have cancelled this as per your request (I never requested cancelation). Under the terms and conditions, no refunds can be given". In other words they will keep all the money. I requested to keep the booking as I rather give some of my money to the hotel then OMGhotels but of course no answer. Stay away from OMGhotels!
