  El hotel se encuentra en Kestel a 10 Min. de Alanya y cuenta con servicio de Shuttle a la ciudad por 1 lira y a la playa gratis. La habitacion que teniamos era amplia, tranquila y sobretodo limpia. Los trabajadores son en su mayoria amables sobretodo los de la recepcion. En cuanto a la comida no es muy buena pero al tener tanta variedad siempre se encuentra algo que comer y la calidad de las bebidas alcoholicas es mala sin embargo recomiendo las bebidas en el bar ya que saben mejor que las del bar en la piscina. No dejar de ir al restaurant marino ni el barbecue.

  Great hotel. Clean. Staff is very nice. Many pools. Good animation. Service to beach and city. We had a lovely time in this hotel. Go 1 time eat in theo's place restaurant. Look fb. They have free pick up. I love that place. We come back in this hotel

  Really bad staff in reception

  We went to this hotel on september 2019. So, what I can say, the employees in reception is just awful. First of all, they didn't help us to find our room, they can't explain clearly were our room is, they just give us a map and wish us luck. Only one of three workers in reception spoke in english or russian, the other ones doesn't know how to talk in foreign languages. What else, we wanted to go to fish restaurant for a dinner, but one day they said that we shoud have a reservation, other day they said that the reservation they accept only in early morning and on the third day they said that early morning is until 8 (or 9) and we're late. Just perfect communication, what can I say. So, if you want to have a really nice holidays without any worries it's not the right hotel. The positive side is that food is tasty and the hotel area is beautiful and big, so you'll find activities.

  Perfect Hotel for family trip

  Have been staying in these hotel twice these year. Would definitely recommend these Hotel for family trips or for friends getaway! Lovely staff, great service! Taking care of guests and do everything you are wishing for Animation team doing their best. We were never missing the shows they were doing every evening, thats worth it! Beach party every Friday - must to see Thanks to whole team for making our vocation memorable! Rooms were big, with great view, always clean and tidy. Overall great hotel for vocation. 100% come here again next year If you have a chance to come here, definitely do that! Thank You Club Paradiso for an amazing vocations. Till next time!

  Maybe its just October

  We arrived 5 days ago full of optimism. The hotel is right up a hill so small kids and buggies wont be happy if you like to walk. We received an upgrade of room to a 2 bedroom on third floor in one of the towers. Room mostly clean, I always check first, however there was hair in one of the drawers and sink wasnt cleaned great. Bathroom needs to be renovated as shower door kept getting stuck and leaked. Mattresses are made of foam and pillows I think too. Internet in room was an extra charge and volatile. Safe is an extra charge. Disappointed that fruit for breakfast was minimum, apples and pears on first day. Rest was okay, I saw plates filled but not to my taste or what I considered breakfast or salads etc. For lunch and dinner lots of stews and I believe directed mainly towards their Eastern European clients. Bread was great. Things like Turkish pizza, chips, were a standard. Desserts in abundance. I did not see any table service during stay. Disappointed by the snacks and offerings for all inclusive the canteens were not replenished throughout the day or not open on time. They have this little waffle place where the chocolate fountain was closed 2 days in a row, kids were disappointed. Hamburgers offered with stale buns although the fresh made pizza was good. The Animation team looking after the kids were not enthralled with their responsibility, barely interacting with the kids. This was hugely disappointing as it was one of the main reasons for picking this spot. None of the pools outside were heated. So small kids didnt have a place to play in the water. Adults and older kids enjoyed the 5 slides. Which were managed with the pools by 2-3 lifeguards. They closed for 2 hrs for lunch. The pool in the spa was also at least 3-5 degrees too cold although they were quite accommodating and kind. Spa whilst not luxurious were good at what they do. Internet was fast in most of the shared spaces. Kids playground was good and clean and maintained. TIP. Bring cash euros for your trip, nowhere in hotel accepts pin, especially spa and its a hike to get to the nearest one.
