    "Again" the best holiday

    It was the third holiday during of nine months in Marmara Palm Beach Club. The reasons why we decided to visit this hotel again in too short term is quite simple. Everything is perfect. The location of Hotel - near to beach, equipment- everything clean, food - delicious, entertainment - a lot! and especially what makes your holiday great are the staffs (and it´s too important for hotel). Everybody was to nice and friendly of us. I wanna thankfull in this way everybody of Marmara´s staffs. Mainly - all animations team Lilou, Fifi, Pikatchu, Tito, Marcelo, Snopy, Rio, Aladin, all barmans team - Nordine, Bassem, Mostafa, Anis and so on. Good job! I would like to recommend this hotel for everybody who wants to spend great holiday in Djerba because we definitly had it. More deaitls are in the last feedback.

    Very Nice Holiday when travelling with older kids

    This all inclusive club is surprisingly pleasant with very professional staff and clean beautiful rooms. The buffet is excellent every evening with a lot of variety and good quality. There are lots of activities during the day and entertainment in the evening. Overall this is a great place to stay at.

    At first sight I'm amazing about all kind of food funny sttaf funny with family I do symbathing and jumping in swimming pool bought a lot of thong from artizana said and I'm thinking to go baaack later.

    Somebody from stuff stealed money from our room

    Our stay on this hotel was litle disappointing. Most of the stuff care about French clientele only even if it's offered to other countries too. If you are not French you feel like a second category client. Animation team is solid, very good quality of evening shows(all in French ofc), but not being French you are not even invited to them. Twice we were even asked by chef animator to leave from show 'Because we wont understand anyway'. Sad, because we payed for our vacation just like every other guest of this hotel. Well sadly even more... First day of our stay somebody from stuff stealed 60 euros from our room(closed bags and closed valets) while we stayed at the pool. Thief did not take all of our money, probably expected we don't know how much money we carry. Attempt to solve the robbery with the reception wasn't very successful. Very bad English, they never apologized and basicly said it's our problem because we did not use safe which is for payed extra. At the end with help of our delegator and after arguing with arrogant receptionist, chef of reception and some other people we got safe for free and new, safer room , as the first one was close to open window from office room for stuff and was easy to access our balcony from there which that thief probably did.(We found out balcony door are possible to open from outside even if closed. How safe...) Food is very good, pool is nice, beach is beautiful, WiFi very poor and rooms so so. But when you're not feeling very welcome and experience robbery first day of your stay its difficult to enjoy your stay to fullest. I don't really recommend this hotel and will never visit it again.
