  stay in heaven

  although it was not my first stay here, it found a number of improvements this time. the rooms are cleaner and the services are better. Mr. Ved Thakur is excellent with the house keeping services. the stay became pleasanter because of the charismatic personality of F&B manager Mr. Anirban Dutta. he is an angel in disguise. what he did for us-i have no words. I wish him success in future. he is a feather in the cap of Club Mahindra. the resort manager Mr. Mishra too took care of us. the trio needs congratulations. nut my special thanks to Mr. Dutta. even though I stayed at snow peaks, Club Mahindra, he invited us to dinner at white meadows on account of a punjabi theme. hats off to you.

  Beautiful property

  White meadows by club Mahindra is the best hotel to stay at Manali, excellent service, tasty food, well appointed rooms and best location. Will highly recommend if you are planning to visit manali. Staff is very friendly nature.

  Bad Experience

  Beautiful Property, food prices are too high, check and sign your food bill as they tend to cheat, i was charged for 3 french fries instead of 1 if you are a club mahindra member and have Resort credit points make sure its in their system as they mislead and say our system is not showing and waste your time. sleep quality is good, trout was delicious

  Snow and great food

  We were there between 3/2/21 to 6/2/21. Luckily it snowed for 2 days in night time. So the club Mahindra resort was like white castle with snow all over. The resort is very decent with room heater. Hot water was sufficiently hot but only in morning and evening hours. We choose the in-house restaurant for all meals. It was very tasty and the staff served with lots of love. Full marks to food.

  Snow capped mountain view with great service

  We checked in on 7 th march 2021 and stayed for two days. When we checked in room alloted to us was 305 Room has a beautiful view of snow capped mountains along with lovely garden outside room. Room was well equipped with all amenities and required supplies. Person who took the check in was courteous We were booked on map plan and breakfast and dinner was at your restaurant at lobby level and i have to tell that you have one of the best chef and every time we had food was really well cooked and tasty Service staff were professional and attentive We booked our tour through padma and ravi for hampta valley trek and both were really helpful Ravi had good insight about the hampta trek and he assigned us vikas who took us for the trek Thakur our chauffer was professional and good and vikas who took us for the snow trek was one of the amazing tour guide whom we came across He had knowledge and was just the right person for our trek .big thanks to ravi and vikas Some areas of improvement or you may call it suggestion Room had fluffs below sofa and corners of tv cabinet Bathroom fittings not working properly We wanted cotton some one got ear buds and then no one was able to say in one go that cotton balls not available I felt that i asked for something out of the box Also on 8 th evening there was this bon fire in evening in lawn we understand for resort its important to have such activities to keep guest engaged but there are guest who goes for treks etc and they are tired and till 10 pm loud music is something which needs to be looked into You have a private dining room in one of the lawn at first level where there were all used stuff ballloons etc lying inside and not cleaned as guest takes walk around the property so i believe that can be kept clean after events Saw hk staff using soft broom but i believe as per hotel standards soft and hard broom should be replaced with good quality tools which looks presentable Pls dont take above as criticism, take it as improvement areas. We surely will be back. Must say once again you have quick and attention service whether we ordered ird or any guest call items through hk all came in minutea and quickly.
