  Muchísima variedad de comida. Buen trato de los empleados. Piscina con agua templada. Un parque acuático muy divertido. Bungalow en buenísimo estado. Todo brillante. Localización algo separada del mundo pero bien.

  Personal agradable. Piscinas climatizadas. Lástima descubrir el parque de agua dos días después de check in. A 1 min de la playa para pasear. Muchísima variedad en el buffet. Fantástico el hotel y los cambios que han realizado últimamente aún mejor.

  Real opinion

  I have been with my family at the end of July 2019. We were located in a new building - rooms starting from No 100. The rooms are very nice looking, modern and cosy. The bathroom with wide shower, very convinient. The room was cleaned every day, but the bathroom not really. For all week there was sand and small stones in the shower. Nobody was filling the shampoo. For two days we did not have the toilette paper - we had to ask another cleaning person on the corridor for it. Area of the hotel is green and everyday gardeners are taking care of grass and bushes. A lot of nice looking flowers around bungalows. As you can see on the map, the hotel is long but narrow, and that is why such location is not giving a lot of opportunities for grean areas to take rest. The hotel is a family hotel - that means there are many children - however there is one place for adult people, that should be quiet. "Should" is a good word, because when children aquapark is closed, many parents with children do not take care of the rules. Very nice swimming pools. Reastaurants - about 70% of food during lunch and diner are the same every day, but they try to implement some differences. I have to say that the food was tasty. The beach is NOT a "sand beach" like everyone expect. There is gravel and lot of stones with sizes between 1-5 cm. Very little people enjoy the beach. It was seen during every day. At the end I would like to write a little bit about reception people. They are very rude. When you enter the reception, they look like very angry that you are disturbing their time. Internet is paid 2 EUR/day for each device - so you have to stay in the line, because the reception is very very small. I was also cheated for 20 EUR, when I paid for towels deposit. When I was giving the tickecets back, the guy Hasan and Adem said that they have no my name on the list. It is not the case of money - but the rules. Why are they cheating and make people inconvinient?

  Great holiday

  Very Good Resort for families, with goog accomodation, great food and exelent Service. Hotel Staff were very healpfull all the Time, animation team managed to make the enterteiment quite nice every Day. My kinds love this aquapark wiht ship waterslides - recomended for small children. Great Time, regards

  Vacation in club Ksatalia

  10 days of vacation have passed at the club Kastalia holiday village / kids concept hotel. You can draw conclusions about the service and recreation conditions. Let's start with the pros: good clear sea, equipped pier with lighting in the evening, three adult pools with different depths, including for children. Nice territory, well-groomed, gardeners-credit! Very cool children's water Park, lots of slides and fountains. Children like it. Sports grounds for every taste: lawn tennis (though I have never seen anyone play) basketball court, beach volleyball and table tennis. Minuses: Terrible entrance to the sea, first ankle-deep and immediately "step" down 70cm. An adult is just above the waist. It can be dangerous for children, big waves can easily drag you over the step, and big waves are common here. The food is very monotonous, in the first three days I tried everything and nothing new. They cook the same thing. The waiters who serve food are not accustomed to this at all, the queues are huge, and they are barely alive, talking to each other and laughing, while people are waiting for their portion in the stuffiness. The hotel was completely unprepared for the new conditions (coronavirus) of providing the service. The waiters almost don't understand anything not in Russian, nor in German nor in English. Ordering food is both slow and difficult. Dishes are washed poorly, and several times I came across dirty knives and forks. By the way, the hotel generally has problems with the language, you probably need to learn Turkish. The street tile in the children's water Park was very wrong, it is super slippery, I saw 4 people fall in 10 days. Children are strictly in special shoes for the pool, it is very dangerous. The service in the rooms is very bad, the cleaning is disgusting, you need to go to the room yourself for sheets, towels and water. Dirty towels even from the floor cleaner just hangs on the dryer... I haven't seen this before, and by the way, she doesn't speak any language at all. Only on your fingers. The reception is equipped with the most indifferent staff, except for the purchase of wi-fi (it is paid here, 2 euro per day), the staff could not help anything. Bottom line: you can go here if you don't have a special choice. but this is clearly not 5 stars, God forbid 4 and then one in advance.
