  My girlfriend and mate went to this hotel and everyday a man who works there keeps knocking on there door every night n lets himself in and followed them when they went out! Unacceptable! He took my girlfriends number from the system and tried texting her, personal details are not very confidential here! If I ever go here Ill be chinning the worker, bang out of order.

  Disgusting place

  I stayed here only one night although I paid 2 nights. Arrogant employees works there. They say all inclusive but they serve nothing. All drinks are hot and they say no ice. Beside that they have private beach with blue flag but there is no such a place in Kemer, only its written for attracting people for reservation. And there is a man who works there, he said he is the brother of the owner,tries to make a trap girls in order to have just sex. Don't stay there I don't suggest anybody.

  I don't recommend this hotel!!!!!

  Yesterday returned from holiday, from Herakles Hotel (Kemer). Of course, the super conditions were not calculated and hoped for, at least expected for purity and more or less normal nutrition. So, we arrived around 01:30 at night, at the reception they said that there was no free room at this time (although there was an SMS flight about booking a room). We waited until 4:30 on the street, then settled into the room unclean and dirty, which had just left the people. The next day, at 3 request they cleaned the room. In the bathroom, upstairs, as someone was taking a shower, we had a terrible leak in the ceiling. The front door was closed poorly. It was as if the balcony had never been washed before. There was a lot of garbage from previous visitors, including on the balcony. The bed is torn. On Day 3, our smaller friends came out - cockroaches (it was a nightmare for me !!! I haven't seen such big ones). Surprisingly, they were fed well, but did not want to think about the unhygienic sanitation in the kitchen, which was constantly closed. Crockery was stuffed and was constantly missing. Towels and hairdryer were not available at the room. The service staff did a great job, which I cannot say about the receptionist, who was indifferent. The facility manager constantly wanted to make money for us by selling tickets to a nightclub that were actually free. Very good attitude and nothing good about this hotel can not say. It is good that the sea has justified our hopes. I do not recommend this hotel! Better pay extra, but don't go for these terms.
