  Old hotel in need of renovation but with great potential

  This is a quite old hotel probably built in the 60s-70s and I wonder whether it has ever been renovated since then. Most of the furniture seems quite worn out with uncomfortable matresses, but this is actually the only negative in this hotel. It has a number of great facilities (nice pool, table tennis, tennis and basketball courts), good beach and incredible view. Its location (provided you have a car) is also quite good as it is almost in the middle of Ermioni and Porto Heli, the two most popular resorts in the area. We did not have breakfast, so I cannot comment on it. To summarize, the hotel's location, view and facilities, provided it has some decent renovation. can easily turn this establishment from a nice and relaxing 3-star hotel to a great 5-star hotel. Not to forget also the excellent customer service, very friendly and attentive to all requests.

  don't bother

  only if you are really for something low budget - it's old... very old and needs to be renovated - the best part is the coast line next to it and the relatively low cost that includes breakfast - preferred by tourists that have not done their homework

  Oldies...

  Old hotel complex with bungalows, at the perfect spot between Ermioni and Porto Heli. Nice views but that's all about this hotel. Needs radical renovation. Everything is very old here, except the prices (70 for double in mid September) that are too high for the quality of the offered room and breakfast. Not to forget that hydraulics didn't work...

  You will not feel respected

  We have stayed in the hotel for two nights in a triple room in the main building. Let's see: 1) One of the two elevators was out of service for more than 8 hours in a pretty crowded hotel. The elevators could not fit more than 4 people (with luggage 2). The next day for a while no elevator was operational. 2) You could smell in your bathroom the cigarette from the person smoking in the adjacent bathroom via the ventilation system. Also zero soundproofing in the bathroom 3) We accidentally broke a glass the first day and picked up the pieces. The next day after the cleaning lady there were still pieces under the beds 4) Poor breakfast, no ice cubes in breakfast areas (42 degrees summer in Greece) and water cups where of the size of shot glasses made of plastic (42 degrees summer in Greece). When asked for larger glass I got the "what are you talking about" look as if this is normal. 5) Asked for the compulsory for every hotel "Complaint form" and have been informed by the manager that there isn't any. 6) At 22:00 the bar was "out of" ham! Not some special ingredient-just ham for a toast. 7) Rooms in a bad condition with insects. 8) Beds where noisy and literally shaking in every turn. 9) Staff pretty rude. Guys, plz respect your guests... Guests are hardworking people that come to your hotel for maybe the only vacation time they get... Don't sacrifice everything in your "All Inclusive" deals.

  Great stay

  We had a restfull stay in this quiet and beautiful place. Even if the rooms are a little bit old fashioned the quality of services and reception made our trip very pleasant. Thanks To the team especialy pepito our bar tender whose smile and kindness should be learned in every hostel school. Do not hesitate to book this hotel despite of the bad comments you'le have a great time!
