  it is very good holiday

  the hotel was very good everything was very super ,aquapark ,drinks,,foods,nice songs ,animation,room was very clean ,spa center was great they made verybgood massage to ua ... we will come back again here .

  Amazing Holiday with Super Staff!

  We visited during the first 2 weeks of August 2020 and had the best holiday! The hotel did everything they could to promote social distance and covid safety measures, staff were amazing and we absolutely loved every day here! We were a family of 5 including 3 daughters of 9, 6 and 3 years old from England Staff Amazing! Every single staff member was so friendly, helpful and absolutely made our holiday. From the bar staff such as Latif and Mehmet, the guest relations manager (sorry I forget his name but he was so helpful and kind), entertainment team (djgypsy - "Social Distance!" Ha!) and all bar/restaurant staff were great. However, Nazmi deserves special recognition. Every day he spoke to my children, brought us over drinks to our sunbed on his roller skates and looked after us. My daughter of 6 years old had a massive crush on him, drawing him pictures and giving him gifts which he was always grateful for. Thank you for making our holiday so memorable! Rooms We stayed in a family room within the Aqua Fun City area with our balcony facing the splash pool and slides. The kids loved the view. The room was huge, spacious with plenty of storage, so clean, refurbished and perfect for our family of 5. Bathroom and layout were great too. It was really loud at night until the entertainment stopped at 11pm but this didn't affect us too much and you got used to it. Pools, Beach and Surroundings The pools are fantastic! We spent most of the days by the hotel pool behind the restaurant as this was quieter but we would always walk over to the Aqua Fun City at the front of the hotel to get our fix of the slides, which were so good and plenty for all ages. All 3 of our girls went on most of them with the oldest going on the biggest slides too. There are loads of photos and videos of them on their website and instagram if you want to see them. The girls loved the spray section too, dancing to the loud dance pop music. The hotel is massive and the surroundings are beautiful, so picturesque, which made our professional photos by 'Superman', the onsite photographer who we highly recommend, look stunning. It was so nice having a private beach attached to the complex. I loved walking down there, the view was amazing. Yes the beach is pebbly but if you take some of those water shoes you will be fine. Food There was a good choice of food and drink all day long with 1 main restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner and 1 pool restaurant serving burgers, chicken doner kebabs, pizzas, chicken nuggets, chips/wedges, and ice cream most of the day (strawberry, vanilla, chocolate, caramel - yum!). This was great for the kids. The restaurant staff did so well considering the covid restrictions which impacted on the queues towards the end of the holiday as the chefs have to cook and serve. The food is more catered for Eastern Europe I would say but there was still enough choice for us, especially with pizza and pasta varieties. Loads of desserts too! There was also an A la Carte restaurant in the evenings by the beach which served a BBQ next to your table but we didn't eat there. There was a Turkish night at least once a week with more speciality food including this massive ice cream dessert that all staff bring out to the stage. Drink 1 big pool bar in Aqua Fun City and 1 pool bar by the back pool near the beach. Great locations and easy/quick to get to, perhaps too easy ha! Efes Beer, cocktails, wine, spirits were all great. The kids loved the kids cocktails too. Branded soft drinks too (Coca-cola, Sprite, Fanta - all legit). Selection of hot drinks too with different coffees. Bar staff were always quick to serve, very patient and kind. Entertainment The kids clubs were great. We never left our kids there but I know they offered that service. We did the painted t-shirts, colouring, toys inside for a break in the shade. Every night there was a mini disco which our girls loved and this was so popular with so many dancing on the stage. The rest of the evening entertainment didn't personally appeal to us but there was always a crowd. There were other activities during the day for adults too such as darts, aqua gym, and more. The kids also loved the huge climbing frame/rope adventure and arcade/pool tables/air hockey which were all a small charge. Overall Definitely one of our best holidays ever and would highly recommend it. Thank you so much and hopefully we will return one day!

  Amazing hotel and staff!!

  Came here for a family holiday that also coincided with my daughters birthday. I asked if we could have a slice of cake bought out with her candle on and then to our absolute surprise they came out singing happy birthday with sparklers and a big cake. This absolutely made my daughters day! And I cant thank them enough!! They also did a special table all decorated! The pools and slides are amazing. Will definitely be coming back here again!

  Welcoming hotel, excellent staff

  We booked this holiday last minute and didnt expect much but from the minute we walked through the door the staff at Aqua plaza were welcoming and friendly. The hotel room was clean and well equipped, although the bathroom could use some renovation. The relax pool was peaceful and they complied well with covid registrations, including regularly disinfecting the sunbeds. But mostly it was the staff that made this hotel shine - no request was too much and they were always happy and having a laugh with guests. In particular, Cihan gave us a super warm welcome, Selman the lifeguard always chatted with us and Nazmi was an amazing waiter, he always went the extra mile.
