  Awesome experience

  All the staffs are friendly, room was really newly renovated. They also served fresh breakfast for free. Such excellent value for the price :)) Very friendly and superb experience. We'd love to go back anytime when we pass by Whitecourt.

  Nicely renovated rooms, great service, great breakfast

  When I rate this 5 star, that doesn't mean that I think it's a luxury hotel- it means for its category it is top notch. We stayed in a renovated room and I loved the laminate flooring- hotel carpets gross me out and this was a very welcome change. The room was very clean and comfortable, the staff at reception and at breakfast were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was much nicer than I would have expected from a motel. And if these aren't enough reasons to stay there, it was also the cheapest room available in town that night. We would definitely stay there again!

  lovely little place

  i was driving through town and needed a place to lay my head for the night, checked the prices this was in the very reasonable range, I was greeted very pleasantly by the young lady at the front desk, she was polite and quick to help. my room was on the far back side on the ground level over looking the forest? trees, was nice and quiet, the room was all redone, spacious, clean and modern, not at all what i had expected, there is no bathtub but a vey large fancy shower stall, the bed was firm but very comfortable. a hot breakfast is provided, the eating area is very clean, set up nicely, waffles served to you if you want, eggs, ham sausage, bacon, cereals, fruits nuts, bread stuff.

  Excellent place to stay!

  The room was very spacious, we were pleasantly surprised. The bed was very comfortable and to top it all off, there was a great breakfast. We would stay here again in a heart beat if we're ever in the area. We found it to be excellent value for money! Also the restaurant next door was great, too. Thank you for your hospitality.

  Excellent stay!

  Spent a weekend at this hotel and was blown away by the excellent customer service. The rooms are a bit outdated but very clean. All of the staff were more than helpful!! The complimentary breakfast was more than just a continental breakfast. They provided custom ordered eggs and waffles. I really appreciated the security around the parking lot. When we stayed in Whitecourt last year (at a different hotel), we had our vehicle broke into. I felt comfortable because of all the security camera's and the 24/7 monitoring. We will indefinably book here next year for the snowmobile rally.
