  Lastima que solo fuera un día y solo....

  Estando de Paso, me asignaron una de las habitaciones más grandes y comodas, la villa cuenta con dos habitaciones, una con cama ks y otra con dos camas qs, una sala comedor, 2 baños y medio y una cocina totalmente equipada, con refrigerador, lavaplatso, y centro de lavado, además de una hermosa vista del oceano.... es un lugar ideal para pasar una semana en familia y disfrutar de ese paradisiaico lugar, todas las habitaciones cuentan con aire acondicionado, pantalla plana y sistema de televisión vía satelite además del excelente trato del personal de recepeción....

  Outstanding view from updates suite

  I stayed in a suite that was just perfect with a great view from every room. The staff were great and very friendly. I went to their restaurant Landfall a few times and it was a very good meal and a good price.

  Working holiday

  Excellent location off main road with petrol station and supermarket within easy walking distance. On main bus route between St George and Hamilton. Property has the railway trail passing directly below so easy trail walking to Bailey's Bay or Shelley's Bay very accessible. Kitchen area has everything you require and staff are very accommodating if you need any extra pans or utensils. House keeping change towels and bins daily. We were there for 6 nights but sheets were not changed during this time. Beautiful view from balcony.

  STAY ANYWHERE BUT HERE

  Stay anywhere but here. This location has had some recent upgrades; however, the rooms are not properly cleaned and maintained. There is a sheet of dust sitting atop of everything. There are thick films of cobwebs in almost every corner. There was food debris in the microwave and refrigerator. Whenever the room was serviced for the day, there were different colors and lengths of hair left on the bathroom counter and floor that did not belong to me. This tells me that the same rag is being used to clean multiple rooms. A very strong air freshener is sprayed daily that lasts for about the whole day and it is very overpowering. I eventually requested to not have my room serviced for the rest of my stay. The white linens on the bed and in the bathroom had not truly been white in quite some time. There was visible staining on the bed linens. All the decorative rugs needed a good vacuuming. This location is not near anything. If you are visiting, you will spend a lot of money on taxis because you are not near any real dining or shopping. Make sure you call your own cab. The owner will call a driver who she knows. This driver may or may not show up. In my case, the driver never showed. I am aware that Bermuda is expensive, but it is worth it to stay somewhere else for more money. Also, be advised that there are no amenities....just a pool. There's no gym, no room service and not even a snack machine.

  "Just DON'T do it"

  This Place was DISGUSTING! They should be ashamed of themselves for even renting this place out. I stayed at the Palmetto Villa and needless to say, I will NEVER EVER EVER EVER BE BACK! I didn't even trust the pool because the room was so gross! There were literally no other hotel guest other than a woman who appeared to be running the place, as she knocked on my door and told me that she had other guest coming the next day so I needed to be out on time.... TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL as well as a male on house arrest residing in the opposite room. How this place is still running I'm unsure of. There were roaches; holes in the ground, mold/mildew on the shower curtain; I was APPALLED! I didn't even stay the whole 2 days I paid for; I left in the middle of the night going into my second night because I was absolutely disgusted! The only positive review I have is that they left a full can of Bug spray for me. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
