  Amazing!

  We spent a lovely week end at the beginning of September in this amazing place. All you need for a relaxing holiday: cleanliness, a quiet area, an amazing beach reachable with a shuttle or by bicycle, a big swimming pool. However the highlight of our stay was the service. All staff is very welcoming and friendly, always ready to help and assit. Restaurant was another excellent finding. Food was excellent, and quality incredibly fresh. There was a wide choice every day. Restaurant manager and staff were also welcoming and genuine, taking care of the staff. One of the waitress could remember our daily choice and was very smiling and attentive. A great experience in a hotel professionally managed, guest oriented with an unforgettable sea! I will come definetly come back!

  Amazing!

  Amazing time in Club Azzurro! The staff is very friendly and gentle. Francesca was incredible. Rooms clean and cozy. Good shower. Very nice pool. Shuttle for come and go to the astonishing beach. Excellent breakfast and awsome restaurant. Would stay for a month if I could!!! :D

  Excelente opción

  Porto Cesareo tiene unas playas asombrosas y debería ser un destino si visitas Puglia. Este hotel es algo 'caro' pero el servicio es bueno, tiene transfer (navetta) a una playa cercana (20/día extra), un amplio estacionamiento, un buen desayuno y el personal es amable. No le pongo 5 porque las habitaciones parecían démodé, como quedadas en los años '90

  A place to relax

  We were hesitating to go somewhere near Bari (East cost) or Porto Cesareo (West cost) where the beaches are more beautiful. We decided to choose Club Azzurro (2 hours drive from Bari airport) and this was a very good decision. The staff is very friendly, the hotel itself is comfortable. It is not at the see, but close so the air was very healthy. We were there in early September, which is excellent timing. The temperature of the air was 29 C, the see temperature was around 26-27 C. The breakfast was great, they even provided lactose free milk (!) and a cappuccino was included. The hotel offered a free shuttle bus to Torre Lapillo beach (5 minutes drive). They took us to a very nice beach facility called Orange Sun, which offered excellent sunbeds and umbrellas, a cafe and a very good restaurant as well! We had to pay to the hotel EUR 15 for the sunbeds and umbrella. One day we tried the more famous Punta Prosciutto beach but it proved to be a bad decision! We had to pay for a much lower quality beach facility EUR 30 (EUR 5 parking + EUR 25 for the beds and umbrella) and the see was not so clean as in Torre Lapillo beach, since we could see seaweed, which was not existing at Torre Lapillo. So we recommend to use the hotel's offering instead of going to another beach by car. We tried the hotel's restaurant one evening which was also excellent. A 4 course menu for EUR 25 including a mixed buffet starter, which would have been enough for a dinner without other courses. We really enjoyed the local orecchiette pasta dish. The hotel is 2 kms away from the busy town of Porto Cesareo where someone can find excellent restaurants as well (Da Antimo was the best). We really enjoyed our one week holiday in Club Azzurro and many thanks for the excellent staff of the hotel. Clearly recommended!

  Quiet, Comfy Resort on the outskirts of Town

  The hotel is really nice but its the people that make this place really nice! All of the staff were extremely welcoming and attentive. We stayed here for four nights while celebrating a destination wedding. The hotel is a short bike ride or cab ride to get into town which makes it quieter than the hustle and bustle of downtown Porto Cesareo. They have arrangements with a private beach club and regular transport to the beach which we really appreciated when we wanted beach versus pool. Our rooms were nice size and the beds were very comfortable - the only issue was our air conditioner struggled to lower the temperature in our room.
