  Extreme disappointment

  I had stayed across the street the night before in a beautiful hotel (owned by the same property owner). All flights to Houston had been canceled and my previous hotel was booked so I went across the street. I had a non smoking room that reeked of cigarettes and the shower was the most disgusting thing Ive seen. I went to Belize on this trip and the hole in the wall there was cleaner.

  Overnight stay

  Strongly do not advise ...went to take a shower and wash my hair ..there was a ring around tub ..ended up washing my hair in the sink when I called the desk was given option of changing to another room had already gotten everything ready for early flight ..she also informed me that she would tell housekeeping in am ..take my advice go across the street to the hilton for 30 dollars more ..never again!!

  Very accommodating

  I would recommend this hotel if you're flying out of Tulsa for a few days. You can leave your vehicle for $3.00 per day (half of what the parking garages charge). The shuttle got us to the airport before 5:00 a.m. with no problems, and picked us up in just a few minutes after we landed.

  Great Value Property only Steps from Airport terminal

  Selected hotel due to proximity to airport terminal. This hotel is basically ON the airport grounds and an easy walk to the terminal. The hotel is very large and the room comfortable and clean. The mattress WAS in need of replacement and the shower faucet was dripping all night long because it couldnt be completely shut off (basically just needed a gasket replacement). Other than that the hotel was very good and the price very competitive.

  Decaying, small, but friendly

  I stay in hotels about 130 nights per year and have about 1,000 stays in the last 8 years. This hotel is the second worst that I have experienced in the United States. Simply speaking, this hotel is worn out. There are holes in the carpeting, the mattress has body compression swales, the desk chair is stained, I found a bug crawling in my bathroom, I could not turn the water off in the shower and it ran for over an hour before they were able to shut it off, (the steam buildup in the room was unbearable). The room is very small and the outlets are inaccessible without crawling under and behind the furniture. Cami, the desk agent was nice and offered to move me to a different room, but I was checking out soon so the packing/unpacking hassle wasnt worth it. Matt the maintenance man was nice and helpful. As of this writing, I have not been offered any compensation for this miserable experience.
