  Beautiful Hotel, Few Negatives

  The Positives... Overall the hotel was very clean and fairly friendly. Beautiful entrance/lobby, the attached BBQ restaurant was convenient and delicious. Our waitress was so happy and friendly, we had a great time. A bit expensive for the food, but very good. The restaurant walls are chalkboard (they clean a few times a week) for the kids to draw on. Very fun and creative! Breakfast was held at the restaurant (but was standard hotel breakfast) food was fair, the Danish pastries were fresh but the wheat bread was dry and stale. The attendant did keep the area clean and food full. Pool area was clean and open with plenty of room for groups to sit and talk, with TV's to watch. A convenient workout room next to the pool room, and a beautiful piano in lobby. Several doors to get to the pool and/or lobby from the hallways. The location is easy to get to (both by airport and highway). The Negatives... The full-body workout equipment in the exercise room could use maintenance or a full replacement. The wires are splitting terribly and have been just tied back together it seems. Could be very dangerous. The middle treadmill had what looked like crackers or something under it, very visible and dirty. We stayed two nights and it was never cleaned up. Was surprised and disappointment that breakfast was frowned upon in the bedrooms, yet they have refrigerators and microwaves in the rooms and an area in the lobby to purchase microwave meals and food? My husband has anxiety around people and sleeps in late usually past breakfast time, so I brought his breakfast to the room as always and was told by the desk attendents/manager that breakfast wasn't allowed in the rooms (but let it slide this once so not to waste the food) and was asked to not eat on the bed. We did not see a sign that stated this. The second morning we decided to spend the money to eat breakfast at Denny's. Our bathtub did not have a drain stop so that my husband could take a bath to relax. I brought it to the staff's attention to see if they had the stopper somewhere. They came to the room to check what we needed and I never heard back. We ended up going to walmart to buy a $2 drain stopper ourselves and took it with us. My husband did not like the coffee (usually doesn't like hotel coffee, but he had a worse reaction with this one) but there is a Casey's across the street to buy coffee. Will we return? Possibly but we will look at other options first due to the "breakfast in room" issue

  Great park and fly

  Hotel was clean, staff was friendly, service was fast. Breakfast was available even with an early checkout. Very easy to park car, stay, and shuttle to the airport! When we arrived home they called me to see if I was ready for shuttle service! Then they delivered me to my vehicle.

  Nice stay

  Stayed with my dog and room was nice and clean. Pleasant check in and good breakfast with eggs and biscuits/gravy. Making reservations was easy too and location was close to where I needed to be. Liked the snack bar where I could make my own little pizza in my room.

  Beware. Do not stay here.

  Most of the amenities listed do not exist. Restaurant/lounge listed is closed and for lease. Walked in to a room that was 43'. Took a bit to warm up. No breakfast as promoted. We were traveling with a 26' camper so it was very inconvenient. Overpriced for what they offer. Horrible disappointment.

  Stay away

  No breakfast, no coffee in the lobby, most amenities listed do not exist. AC is working erratically, next door restaurant permanently closed. Guest registry boom in room outdated and from previous owner before the current cheap ones took over. Will not return voluntarily ever again
