  Wonderful place to stay!!!

  While traveling to Garden City we experienced car trouble. Because the garage had to keep the car overnight, we had to look for a place to stay the night. After checking several hotels, we settled on the Clarion Inn. Because we werent expecting a overnight stay, the desk clerk have us complimentary toiletries for our stay. In the evening we were treated to complimentary soup and salad bar, as well as free drink tickets from the bar. The complimentary breakfast was the best weve ever had at any hotel. Every single staff member were attentive and met our every need. I would definitely recommend this hotel for any one!!!!

  Cleanliness is NOT a priorty

  Having traveled many years with my business, my associates would gather and often talk about travel experiences visit during leisure time. There were often comments about the glasses in hotel rooms - they don't replace them - they would just wipe them off. During our stay on 6-19 I noticed black coffee mugs. Remembering our visits and the current COVID19 situation I picked up one of the mugs. Smudges all over the outside of the mug and a piece of white lint on the inside! I checked the glasses and they were very dirty. I took the mug and a glass to the front desk and explained the mugs and glasses really hadn't been washed. She assured me it would be reported to the head of housekeeping. I told her I thought it should be reported to the owner, who could make the decision to pull them all from the rooms and replaced with the disposal ones individually wrapped. I have attempted to communicate to a higher level of Choice Hotels without much success, thus I am posting here. Businesses everywhere are emphasizing their extra measures in cleaning due to the virus as did this hotel. This was a breach of trust for me. Who else claims they are taking extra measures while they continue to go about their regular routine.

  Great place to stay.

  best hotel I have stayed in. Very pleasant from the front desk to the housekeepers. Olivia in the restaurant went above and beyond to make our meals great and Vera at the front desk was like family. Would highly recommend it.

  Fantastic

  What a wonderful stay, from the ladies at the front desk, to Olivia in the restaurant, we were welcomed and treated so fantastically. The breakfast was fabulous (included in price), the beds were comfy, the hotel was clean. We will always stay here when we come to Garden City.

  I would stay again

  Stayed two nights, hotel was clean and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast, order off the menu, the breakfast was really good.They have an indoor pool and hot tub that looked really nice. I will definitely stay again.
