  Great improvements

  I have stayed here a few times in the past and seen so many great improvements. From staff to management. They are doing things right and you get what you expect from a choice brand plus a few added things that are not so common in hotels now a days. The staff is very up lifting and professional. The new manager is kind and understanding and the prices are perfect for any day of the week as I just stayed for 2 weeks. Breakfast was hot and the linens are clean and fresh. I took pictures to show the fire place in my room was warm and cozy and added a feeling of relaxation. That with the stand up shower was just what I needed. Quiet and above par

  In need of repairs

  My sister and I stayed 3 nights. Our room was a suite with two doubles. There was ample room and two televisions. The bedroom could be totally closed to the seating area. The linens were clean and nice. Now for the negatives. A chair in the seating area was so soiled, I wouldn't sit on it if you paid me. The drain in the sink didn't have a drain stopper. No doors on the closet. The black out blind had approx 4 inch tear in it. The phone at the desk didn't work at all (although the one in the bedroom did). The exit closest to the parking area from my room didn't close at all. Which is surely a safety concern. The hall area reeked of cigarette smoke. The last night, I came in a little after midnight to find house keeping didn't tidy and make the beds. I tried to call the front desk twice to report but the phone went unanswered. It seems that with very little effort and cost these things could be fixed but it appears they don't care.

  Awesome Customer service

  The checkin was amazing and fast. very professional. The place looks and smells clean. They are doing what a Hotel should be doing to help each person and keep this very clean with all that is happening today

  Dirty, Filthy, Rude Guest services , privacy invaded

  Horrible experience ! This place is filthy and customer service is the worst ever you can have. Very Rude Front desk (Alicia, Megan ) refuses the check guests in unless the invade their privacy by copying IDs and jeopardize their safety. I presented my military ID and they want get copy of it which is illegal. Stayed before at this place, rooms always dirty and bathroom are disgusting, parking lot full of suspicious activities not safe at all. The only reason I chose to come back, I was stuck in area but I rather drive 15 miles to next hotel than this horrible place in CT. Stay away as much as possible from this place !

  Just Amazing

  We came in from a snow storm and was greeted by a kind lady from Australia. She helped us with all questions. We got to our room and found it clean, and quiet from a long term. It was just what we needed. House keeping was kind and professional. Check out was fast and breakfast was great with waffles and breakfast item sealed for covid. Thank you all for helping those traveling during these times.
