  Low Quality Rooms for Expensive Prices

  Paid a $178 for one night for a suite that wasnt anywhere near clean. Hard wood flooring was sticky. Carpet was covered in stains. Broken zip ties scattered all over the bathroom and bedroom floors. Old-style AC that doesnt work. Dirty bathtub. The only place that seems genuinely clean is the indoor lanai attached. All around ugly furnishing with little no decorations. Very dark. Trash on the floor from previous guests. Front desk was unhelpful and busy playing with her phone. Sheets were DIRTY. Their version of remodeling was slapping paint onto the walls and calling it a job well done.

  First room we were given hadnt been cleaned. The cleaning had simply changed the trash and tucked in the sheets. Anywhere you could imagine was sticky. The room absolutely reeked. At least the woman in the front was helpful in relocating us. Second room was much better but was low quality and still smelled. AC in both rooms didnt function properly. The photos they show you online are extremely outdated.

  Stay away

  We reserved a non smoking room ahead of our arrival. Upon getting there we opened the door to our "non smoking room" and it absolutely reeked of cigarette smoke. We backed out of the room immediately and went to the front desk. When I pointed out to the night clerk that this non smoking room was in that condition I was informed that "people sometimes break the rules and it is no reason to be rude." I was issued a key to another room. We went to that one and I just felt weird - no other way to describe this place. Bad vibe. Then I walked into the bathroom and saw the tub. I have attached a photo of that. Generally speaking if the gross condition of this tub and the more obvious indications of a less than clean room were that apparent I have to wonder about what I couldn't see. I knew then I would not even feel comfortable getting into that bed. We dropped our key cards at the front door and left to find another - clean - hotel in Jackson. Stay away from this one.

  Great Value

  If you are looking for a hotel with good prices, clean rooms, and quiet hotel, this is a good choice. Don't be discouraged by the outside appearance, the rooms are clean, modern, and very roomy/big. Nice place to stay.

  Clean and decent price

  Was doing thunder run back east and just needed a quick overnight. This place fit the bill. Booked on Choice phone app. Check in was quick, room was clean and price was fair. The facility is showing its age. Furniture has some dings and the bath room needed a facelift (i.e.-tub calking, tub finish peeling). But the room was clean and big. Due to COVID no breakfast....not even the grab bag.
