  Worst hotel iv stayed in

  Hotel was dated. (I understand and dont care) room seemed musty. The water was a rusty color coming out of the facets. The tv didnt work. Management was in shambles. A few guys I stayed with decided to stay in their trucks because they had mold in their rooms.

  One of the worst hotels that I have ever visited. Very outdated, no hot water, very cold in the room, no microwave, small refrigerator( on floor.) Paint on walls was peeling. Musty odor outside doors wasn't lock. I feel that I should receive a refund. Im telling anyone who's looking for a hotel,please don't book a room There. Pay a little bit more for a decent place to stay.

  Rude Owners/Managers

  The front desk staff was nice and accommodating. The owners however, were the rudest I have met. Every time the owner was behind the counter, she was yelling at someone. She was condescending, poorly organized, and just mean at time. 1. I had overslept and so she said she was going to charge me a late checkout fee. Fine. I said, I will book the room for an additional night to make up for it. Once it as booked, she then said she was going to charge me the late checkout fee of $50 AND the additional night which I thought was completely insane. I would have just accepted the late checkout and been on my way. Not to mention, how she communicated was completely aggressive. I asked to speak to management, and she kindly advised me that she was management and that she's the owner and that there was nothing that I could do about it. (smirked and smiled as she walked off). 2. The hotel provides microwaves (sometimes??) but no plates to warm anything else in. I was referred to the gas station next door. They also did not have any plates 3. So she then makes me come all the way to the front desk to sign the deposit form again (mind you, the hotel is a huge maze of rooms and halls and I was at the back). It takes about 5min to walk to the front. She then allows me, to walk all the way back to my room, only for the keys to be turned off. I have to walk all the way back to the front desk, and she laughs and then gives me the key replacement. She intentionally did not let me know about the keys needing to be reactivated. Just all around disappointing and unnecessary. If you are this miserable, why work in the hospitality field

  Decent Stay

  First time i stayed here. Rooms are neat and clean . Good king size bed lot of parking. there is no breakfast or weight room. close to airport. across street apple bees and airport diner are open.over all its good stay.

  Stay away! Bugs, dirt, lying staff and manager, and corporate help line.

  Checked in around 11pm, had no where else to go. Found first bug crawling out from the bed, found second bug in bathroom. Unfortunately didn't take photos before flushing them down the toilet. Did take photos of the blood on towel, mold and dust on air vent, and broken hazardous light in bathroom. Told night staff Felix of my issues, he did offer another room, but as in was so late and I had already loaded in I was just interested in clean sheets and I would tough it out. Explained i would not be coming back for my second night and ti check me out in the morning. Felix noted all my concerns in the computer, or so I thought. My fault for not getting a print out of the notes and taking someone for their word. When I finally got a hold of the manager, Samantha, for a follow up she was incredibly rude, said there were no notes on my account, the staff found the room in perfect condition, and even if there was a reason to issue a refund "it is company policy not to issue any refunds." I explained that the staff didn't find anything in the room because I had cleaned up the bugs. Samantha seemed to think the light fixtures and dirt were sufficient for her hotel and cleaning/maintenance staff. I was directed to call corporate to discuss the matter further at which point Samantha rudely hung up the phone. Corporate gave me the same run around and directed me to take the issue back up with the hotel manager who was rude and unhelpful in the first place. See photos. Beware! Book another hotel. Stay away.
