  Dirty

  This hotel had peeling paint, dirty carpets, and a very dirty bathtub with hairs all in it. The breakfast room was dirty, my shoes stuck to the floor. There was the smell of pot everywhere in the halls. And the waterpark stayed closed the whole time we were there.

  they doubled the price i payed 30$ didn't get to get in the water just sit and watch my kid it's a rip off you might as well go to six flags instead not worth the money coco kay is same price with more attractions

  Don't ever stay here!!

  I have never posted a review but felt compelled to do so after our stay at this hotel. The room was absolutely filthy. We asked to be moved and after being shown a second room that was equally filthy, I broke down and went out and bought cleaning supplies. They wouldn't refund our money and we were in town for a wedding or we would have relocated to a different hotel. The common areas of the hotel are equally dated and horribly filthy. The whole place smelled of mildew. Do not believe the photos of this hotel posted here, they are horribly deceptive. If I could give less than one star I would. Gross, gross, gross!! And the "aqua park" costs an additional $10 per person and consists of three small water slides and a few sprinklers. We didn't go to the park because we figured if the hotel itself was so disgustingly dirty, the pool would be even worse.

  For the price (200.00 per night) one would expect the bare minimum at least. Room and bathroom were dirty. Peeling paint. Dirty floors and carpet. Back entrance was sketchy and not secure. Water park is not a water park. Its three slides and some sprinklers and costs extra money even if you are just watching. Coffee pot was empty at breakfast. No hot food. Could have had a better meal at a gas station. Some of the workers made an effort to be helpful.

  Dont stay here!!!!!!!!! Nightmare

  Stayed here for 2 nights, with my sons hockey team in the area for a tournament. The pictures the hotel puts up on their web site are very deceptive. It was chosen for the pool/ water park/ game room. Game room was closed because the roof was leaking and the floors were wet, collecting water in buckets. Water park open but pool heater not working, water freezing. Place was very dirty, old dated and in disrepair. Hallways reeked of marajania- my 10 year was complaining of the smell, it was making him sick to his stomach. We received 2-3 inches of snow one night we stayed there and lit not plowed nor walkways cleared. Only a few reasons i gave it 2 stars instead of one: 1. Staff were nice and tied; 2. There was hot water and a good stream to shower; mattresses were ok. One of the worse places I ever stayed . I dont think I will ever stay at a clarion again this was soooooooooo bad.
