  Estupendo

  Hotel completamente nuevo. Habitación algo justa de tamaño pero cama grande y cómoda. Servicio suttle al aeropuerto que está a 5 mins en coche. Desayuno estupendo. Recomendable para trabajar en el aeropuerto.

  Amazing

  Ill start with WOW, amazing over friendly staff, having to leave home during this pandemic I was reluctant, on my arrival I was greeted by a lovely friendly girl on reception, gave me all my necessary paperwork and explained the quarantine rules, explained everything in excellent English, room was lovely bright clean everything you could ask for and more, lovely comfortable beds, breakfast, I called reception and lovely to be answered by good morning Stephen how can I help, automatically that kind of greeting goes miles in my book, breakfast was amazing, well Ill cut this short, food was of top quality couldnt fault it, kind of food youd see at top end restaurants in UK, the bar staff/waiters were 10/10 friendly always up for a chat, and away from home in these horrible times I couldnt be made to feel more welcome, and the rooftop terrace on level 4 was wonderful with all the nice weather we had, one of the best hotels Ive ever stayed in, and as Im here on rotation till July Ill certainly be going back there on my 2 weeks off, look forward to returning, would love to thank all the staff for the amazing time I had, nothing was ever to much trouble...

  At a time I'd rather not be here the staff and location made the stay way better.

  Great hotel in a good location for travellers. The walk to the beach is fabulous and even when the weather was unkind it was still brilliant. Rooms are a good size and clean upon arrival. Good desk to work at and food in hotel was excellent. All the staff in restaurants and front desk were friendly, welcoming and attentive.

  All considerations taken care of even in a difficult pandemic period

  With the limitations we still have in relation to the pandemic, it is great to be able to use Clarion Hotell Air when going to Stavanger. The necessary measures are taken care of here and there are great hiking areas after working hours without the risk of congestion and infection. Can definitely be recommended.

  Non exciting service flexibility

  We got to the restaurant at 21.02 and found out that the kitchen closed 21.00. As the chefs were preparing 2 burgers I asked if we could order something to eat as we hadnt had dinner. No kitchen closed at 21.00! As you can offer drinks you must be able to offer something to eat!? Went to ask the receptionist What the hotel could offer to eat. Answer was some bread and cheese form the breakfast this morning. How can a hotel like this with lack of customer care be voted the best Clarion Hotel 2019???? Food is essential, even in this corona times. Airport couldnt offer any food either.
