  Un hotel acogedor

  Está bien situado, en el centro de la ciudad. Se tiene la posibilidad de comer todo el día, lo cual es importante en Suecia! Y el trato del personal es impecable. Ambiente super silencioso. Y wi-fi gratis.

  Fantastic location and friendly staff

  This hotel is walking distance from the train station and the center of things. Rooms very clean and well appointed. I was on 3rd floor and it was so quiet at night. Very comfortable beds. Food was really good, great variety and plenty of it!!! Would definitely recommend this hotel.

  Recommend 100%. Perfect location, clean, lovely staff, great breakfast/fika/dinner all incl.

  Our family had several stays at the Clarion Grand Hotel and we absolutely loved it. Our child still talk about how great it was! The staff are very friendly, really professional and helpful. We stayed in standard rooms and also in a large Suite, all were very clean and comfortable. The service was perfect. Evening dinners are included, which is so convenient. The chefs are very good and we enjoyed the lovely breakfasts, delicious meals, wines and desserts. The hotel has a home feel. It is just the right size with a pleasant lobby. There are books and games for the children. It has a small gym/sauna too. Perfectly located, it is few minutes walking distance to the city center and museum, the train station is a 5 min walk away and the big swimming pool is just 20 min walk. We definitely recommend the Clarion Grand Hotel in Sundsvall, perfect for to work commuters as well as for families!

  Nice hotel, central location. Nice rooms, even though the twin rooms have narrow beds. Did not have the change to try the afternoon fika or the light evening buffet. But breakfast was great, like most Clarion Collection.

  Great staff

  The hotel is in a good position in central Sundsvall. We had a well sized, comfortable and clean room. It is an ideal place to stay for a stop-over. It was the staff who made it a great stay. We would particularly like to mention Suzanne and Emma. Suzanne on reception took trouble to make sure we were well looked after and able to get something to eat and drink when we arrived after a long journey. Emma, working in the dining room ,was exceptional in her approach to customer service. She was warm and friendly while remaining professional and dealing with the challenges of an eating area during these COVID times. While all staff appeared helpful, these two really stood out - we would like to thank them, their approach made the hotel a great place to stay!
