  Excelente servicio al cliente

  El hotel tiene una excelente ubicación si estás de paso como era nuestro caso. No tienes que atravesar la ciudad y eso disminuye mucho el tiempo que se puede perder en los entaponamientos. La habitación amplia, limpia y con todas nuestras necesidades cubiertas, las camas muy cómodas. Lo mejor es el esfuerzo extra que ponen en satisfacer al cliente. Nos hospedamos de viernes a sábado y el desayuno los fines de semana se sirve un poco más tarde (7.00am) sin embargo hicieron un esfuerzo en tenerlo listo mucho antes cuando le dijimos que saldríamos de 6.00 a 6.30 am. El desayuno es abundante y muy sabroso, los waffles deliciosos. Con este gesto me compraron!!! Excelente opción!!

  Good if you don't have noisy neighbors

  The room was nice and clean with very comfortable beds. Breakfast was good. Location is great--close to interstate and many options for eating out. Unfortunately, we had noisy neighbors and the walls/door were not insulated enough.

  Best rate around Beachwood

  This is an older hotel that has been renovated. You see some things like low ceilings and some of the furniture that reminds you. On the other hand, the place appears nice and updated. The only things I didn't like were the breakfast had cold food although it was near the 9;30 a.m. closing time. The shower had very little water pressure. For the value, this is a good place to stay in this area.

  Brown tap water and aggressive front desk worker

  NEVER STAY HERE. Not only is this hotel dirty, the staff is rude, condescending and absolutely nasty. Checked in for a work trip and went up to the room where we found mold in the shower. When I turned on the sink to wash my face the water came out yellow. My coworker and I expressed our concerns to the front desk and asked for a new room or a refund. The woman working the counter, Leslie, answered her cell phone and told us to wait a minute before helping us so she could talk to her friend. She then refused to address our situation. She stuck her hand in my face numerous times, cut me off and essentially told me that we could just be without water so we should be pleased with what we have! Apparently there was a water main break that they neglected to tell us about at check in. Needless to say we promptly cancelled our reservation and will be staying at a different hotel. Never again will I give my money to ANY choice hotel specifically because of my terrible experience with how this situation was handled. I work in customer service and 100% understand that this issue was not her fault but the way she handled the situation put such a bad taste in my mouth that I recommend that you dont waste your time and pay the extra few bucks to stay at different place with better customer service, clean rooms and water that you wont contract lead poisoning from. Also check out some other reviews on google to read about someone elses experience at this same hotel with gnats and dirty bathrooms!

  very good for the price

  My experience was like some others, it is not a new feeling hotel, but for the most part still very good value.They have done some renovations lobby was pretty good, the breakfast was good.The one area I thought they were exceptional was the staff, the front desk people were very nice, the breakfast staff gave attention to the food quality. Here is where they missed on clean feel.The shower caulk was brown, the chair in the room needs to be replaced, the room was clean, they just need to hit points that matter.
