    Van más allá de lo esperado

    Estuve alojada una noche en el Hotel ya que por causas atribuibles a DELTA perdimos la conexión en Atlanta. La atención profesional, cordial y espectacular que recibimos del señor RAMON ESTEVEZ hizo de la estadía en el Hotel un placer y, definitivamente, un hotel que recomendariamos por la excelente atención que recibimos. Felicidades por saber buscar y reconocer talento. RAMON ESTEVEZ defnitivamente es un activo para este Hotel que lo hace quedar muy bien.

    Not Comfortable or a Good Value

    Delta had to turn our flight back to Atlanta and sent us to Clarion Airport. The taxes on this room were nearly 20% and it took over an hour to get us checked in... there were 2 clerks at the counter, but only one could check in those of us using vouchers, and they didn't tell us that until we waited in the wrong line! The room only had sheer curtains and there was a street light just outside! The only thing ok about this stay was that the bed wasn't real bad. Not a fan of Clarion or Atlanta taxes!

    Horrible

    This hotel is horrible. Housekeeping is loud as they walk down the hall. They are so loud I can hear their completely conversation. No refrigerator, no microwave, the restaurant that is attached to the hotel service is horrible. The tables are basically falling apart. The walls are so thin in the hotel that I could hear my neighbors all night long and their dog whined and cried all night. The front desk is rude and acted like I was bothering them when i had a question. The water pressure is non-existent. I could go on and on a out this hotel but just know, there is nothing good about this place.

    Stay away!!!

    TERTIBLE AND DANGEROUS!!! Arrived on business FOR A MONTH STAY. WE ARE LEAVING THIS HOTEL 3 WEEKS EARLY!!! asked for a microwave and refrigerator for 4 days never received it. our truck was broke into and robbed on day 5 with 2 other vehicles broke into an hour and a 1/2 later while security was sitting in office. Toilet did not work. no linens changed on bed, towels thrown on Room floor. Terrible service!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!

    Hidden Fees & Poor Customer Relations

    Booked online through Choice Hotels with a discounted rate. Extra $10 a day and $100 deposit noted online. Got there and was asked for over 4 times the price booked online. Asked for a printout of fees prior to paying. Was told that they could only tell me those if I paid. Asked to cancel since I didn't agree to this and showed my reservation. Staff said oh well, we have different prices than online. Asked again to cancel. Three desk reps said ok, its taken care of. Looked at my bank account an hour later, getting charged 2 times reservation amount. Called hotel, said accountant in the am would fix it. Still not fixed in the am (a Saturday), called again, said it would be fixed on Monday. Monday, charged and an additional hold of over $60 placed on account. Called hotel, hung up on. Called choice hotels - they said couldn't fix as it was the hotels problem. Called hotel again, spoke to manager, said he'd call back, never did. Called again, sent immediately to voicemail. Basically, this property is a scam.
